The noodles are fresh, tender and chewy. The broth was amazing. The flavor was complex and not too spicy but enough kick for it to be enjoyable. The master noodle bowl was huge and the ribs were delicious. Looks like you can take home what you don’t finish.

Food was good. Service was okay. Had to ask for plates/bowls to use with our shared appetizers (scallion pancakes and beef burritos). Our group of 5 had the curry chicken rice, Master spicy fried rice, chicken and mushroom noodle soup, biang biang noodles and lanzhou noodle soup. All were good.

Service was great prompt took our order and food came out fresh and quick. There were a few other families here they offer high chairs and boosters and immediately brought out small bowls and plastic forks and spoons for my kids which I loved to be able to share with them. My husband got the master noodle which was delicious and I got the Lanzhou noodle soup with extra noodles for $2 and some change as I was sharing. Portions were plentiful and the broth hit the spot for my family. As an appetizer we ordered scallion pancakes which were perfect for my kids! We’ll be back.

We got the steamed beef dumplings, biang biang noodles, and the braised pork belly with noodles. The biang biang were extremely tasty and not so spicy that it took away from the flavor, but the second noodle bowl & dumplings weren’t anything special.

I love Master Noodle in saint paul. I’m so disappointed in this one. It’s not bad. But my experience at the saint paul location is that Master Noodle stands for top quality Chinese noodles, and this was not a top quality experience in Edina.

I recently visited Master Noodle in Edina, Minnesota with my family and was impressed by the beautifully decorated interiors with traditional Chinese lanterns and drums. The restaurant specializes in hot and spicy noodles from different regions of China, including Biang and Biang noodles from Shanxi, Shaved noodles from Shannxi, and Chongqing Spicy noodles from Sichuan. I ordered its signature “Master Noodle Soup” which was very spicy and included three huge pork ribs – I thoroughly enjoyed it! However, it’s worth noting that not everyone may be able to handle the spiciness of the dishes, and the menu doesn’t have a way to tone it down or offer other options beyond noodles. That being said, as a noodle house, it’s not totally surprising. Overall, if you’re a fan of spicy Chinese noodles, I highly recommend giving Master Noodle a try.

This is one of the most unique Chinese restaurants I’ve visited. The service is phenomenal!! The food is superb. We started with the Sichaun wonton in chili oil and were out of this world delicious. My daughter ordered the steamed dumplings and scarfed them. The cold cucumbers were pretty tasty. My friend ordered the Biang Biang noodles and loved it. I ordered the Shanxi shaved beef noodle soup. The noodles are hand pulled, and the meat was so tender!! I was so impressed with this establishment. I highly recommend this restaurant. It’s clean, quick and attentive service, and such authentic Chinese cuisine. Not your typical Chinese-American food. Thank you for the lovely dining experience! A+++
