Delightful! They truly are masters of the noodle! Hand pulled and shaved fresh noodles prepared as you watch. The fried pork dumplings were tender and flavorful. We had two of their signature soups: Lanzhou Shaved Noodle soup with big chunks of beef in a light beef flavor broth with a slightly sweet taste – likely five spice. The shaved noodles were perfectly cooked and thick. Unlike anything you would normally have.

Came here with the family to enjoy some good noodles. It did not disappoint. The house made noodles are delicious everything absolutely everything we had was delicious, specially the pork pan fried dumplings, and the garlic beef fried noodles. Definitely a place we will continue visiting.

first time visiting and, omg, unbelievable and delicious! what a treat of a restaurant. the house made noodles are insanely delicious. we ordered some of everything because it all looked so unique and delicious. staff was very helpful at catering to my parties preference, as we don’t love super spicy food. it wasn’t busy and clean and quick service on a Thursday evening. would love to return and try some more!!!

Food was okay ish, the bummer was service. This is pretty popular restaurant and when we were served food they did not come back to us, we needed forks and spoons and they were busy giving orders out to take away people, who were waiting for their orders for pretty long. It think they need more help or the day we visited was with short of employees.

You can definitely tell that the noodles are homemade. EVERYTHING was delicious! Service was quick and the food was freaky fast, ha. Looking forward to going again and trying their whole menu. Seriously, do yourself a favor n GO! I wished I’d gone sooner as I watched them hand pulled their noodles through the window.
