I give this place .02 star and that’s for the cup of ice water I got, and the spicy chicken. The lomein was gross, slimey and unflavored everything was unflavored. It was so gross they need to shut down

Food looked delicious but instead was very bland. Rice and chicken were okay and edible, but not flavorful. String beans were undercooked. I usual like my veggies crunchy, but it was legit like biting into raw uncooked string beans. Staff was friendly.

Food was absolutely disgusting! The chicken tasted old and rubbery. When I brought this to their attention the woman behind the counter became irate and began to yell. Avoid this place at all costs. Not only is the food sub par, their customer service is even worse

Asked to have green beans twice, he insisted I was having lo mein or rice. I explained a 3rd time that I don’t eat either. I would pay extra for the green beans, again he said no, rice or lo mein with a meat. At that point I said NO, no thank you to ever dining there again. Over priced, rude, dump

The staff gave you a lot of food to make up for the plain and oily taste

Terrible place to buy Chinese food. I bought the chicken teriyaki (which had huge chunks of fat and joint in the chicken). With dry rice and passable green beans. Never going back.

I don’t know why , but I love the food at master wok. Like a couple of others said it’s very basic Chinese take out , but for some reason I LOVE it. Bourbon chicken is amazing and reasonably priced. The employees are a bit pushy and that’s why I gave 4 stars.

Food is poor quality not that great when it comes to any meat selection. Meat is very fatty and loaded with sauce to hide it. I rather go to a private Chinese restaurant because for this place being a chain restaurant it should have a higher quality but they rather go cheap. The lo main and the mixed rice are the only things worth it.

I always have the vegatable fried rice ,I love the taste. But I actually tonight found a roach fried up in my food glad I didn’t consume it. I’m disappointed because it was one of my favorite dishes at the mall. I live in New Jersey so I actually brought two large containers of rice . Beware there is concern for a roach infested kitchen.
