Matador Mexican Bar and Grill in Siloam Springs, AR has become another of my regular stops when I’m in the area. Staff is great, always friendly and attentive. And the food has been excellent. I’ve tried several things on the menu, but it’s hard not to keep going back to the Alex Special, still my favorite so far! I will definitely be back when I’m in Siloam.

Food was delicious and even though it was a Sunday after church, we got seated with 5 people and got out within an hour. We shared a single order of chicken fajitas and it was perfect for 3 adults. Love the white queso and homemade flour tortillas. More expensive than typical “mexican” restaurants but was worth it.

We were in town from Illinois visiting family when we visited this location. We will definitely be stopping there again when we visit Arkansas. Amazing food and service! And it is really reasonably priced. Highly recommend giving this place a try.

Typical Mexican restaurant menu. But, not typical, in the aspect that the food was fresh and good. The salsa was made in house , you can tell. The chips were fresh. The ground beef and chicken was delicious. Best Mexican restaurant in the area.

The food here is very good. The gentleman who manages the restaurant is very nice, and helpful. My only issue with the service is, they will come to your table, and get your order, and bring it over, but you better think to ask for anything you need then, or get drink refills then, because that is the last time you will see anyone until you walk up to pay your bill. They do not check on you during your meal. You have to try to grab some random person if you can, if you need something.
