We went to Metera for the first time for dinner. The place is lovely and staffs are really nice and give us welcoming vibe. We ordered mac & cheese bites, whiskey glaze salmon, drunken chicken, and funnel cake. Food taste absolutely delicious. The only problem we got is that chicken is too dark and some part of chicken breast is dry and taste bitter which I still be able to eat just expected the color and the juiciness match the picture they posted on their page and I thought the rest of the chicken gonna look the same anyway since they probably roasted it the together so I didn’t ask for a replacement or anything. We love it overall and definitely gonna go there again.

Drinks were great! I had a spicy jalapeño vodka drink with tajin. He had an old fashioned. Mine was fabulous. His was good. We had a fried appetizer with pickles and quail. Very tasty. I had burnt ends beer Mac and cheese. It was creamy, sweet, cheesy deliciousness. He had fried fish and veggies and Cole slaw. It was pretty good. Live music. Good service. Will go back.

Chips and salsa were good. Shrimp platter was very yummy. They let you sub out sides. Sweet potato fries were good. Corn was a bust (dry, not fresh). Mac n cheese yummy. Dessert truffle fries were yummy. Would come back. They have live music sometimes which was nice.

I recently had an amazing brunch experience at Matera Bar & Grill. The food was exceptional, with each dish bursting with incredible flavors. Excellent! GREAT service, very friendly and attentive. Good atmosphere with indoor and nice outdoor patio seating options. Delicious food! I had the Cajun Platter which was AMAZING! Included chargrilled oysters which I’d never had and was impressed (they’re also an appetizer option) and deliciously seasoned catfish and shrimp; I added asparagus and was very pleased. My wife and daughter LOVED their mac and cheese. We also got fried green beans as an appetizer and OH MY GOODNESS! A plus too that they’re gluten free with a delicious onion based breading. Can’t wait to go back and excited to see full- menu additions soon.

My husband and I ate there on a Saturday afternoon. He had a hamburger and I had a grilled chicken wrap. The wait staff was very nice and stayed on top of the orders. The atmosphere was nothing special. It feels like you’re eating in someone’s garage. I think more can be done for the decor. The food was average and a bit pricey for what they offer. I hope that this place will improve because it has potential and it is in a great location.

We went out for dinner here. Our server was great but the food wasn’t very good in our opinion. We liked the drinks we ordered. Just found it to be a little expensive for the food quality. May go back later once they have been open for longer and try again.
