Hands down the best sushi spot I have found in the area. Servers were patient and friendly, and the rolls were fresh. I tried my date’s miso soup and I thought I died and went to heaven it was so amazing! Just a delicate dish turned flavor bomb, really. Every bite of sushi was perfection and the sashimi was on point. I also enjoyed a delicious citrus beer that quenched my thirst. Will be back to enjoy again soon!

Ours was a celebration dinner, so we spent a bit more than normal. You can have a high quality meal here for a reasonable price. We were blown away by the quality and taste of the food. I have eaten at a lot of Japanese restaurants, but this one is a cut above the rest. It’s a family owned restaurant and you can expect personal service.

We have eaten here one time before and it was good so we tried it again last night. All of the sushi was fresh and the presentation was good as well. We tried a few different bottles of sake and both were very good. We ultimately had the sushi boat as our main course and my gosh was that a lot of food. The menu said that it’s enough for 2 people but all four of us ate from it and we had some left at the end. Of course, we had some sushi appetizers as well so we may have been able to finish it without the apps. Service was fantastic both times I’ve eaten here. I will definitely be back. One of the most AUTHENTIC Japanese restaurants in MD that I ever had the pleasure of dining in. The staff is professional and very courteous. My wife and I go here occasionally because we grew up in Japan, so we know and appreciate truly authentic Japanese food. And, as a bonus, if you call a few days in advance, the sushi chef will do “Omakase ”, which in Japanese means “chef’s choice”, and you will be treated to a very special assortment of truly fabulous sushi. It is worth every penny!!! The entire menu is very, very good! The ambiance is quiet and relaxing. You will not be disappointed!!
