Great quality sushi rolls at Matsunori. The rolls come out quickly, and there is a good assortment to choose from for a soft opening. The service was attentive, which makes sense given the small interior of the restaurant. They have bar and table seating available. At this time no alcohol on the menu. No reservations and walk in only currently but we were able to be seated right away on Saturday at 7:30pm.

Been here a little too often in the last couple of months and their menu just gets better and better! Favorites are the miso cod, mango shrimp tempura, Hokkaido Uni, Hokkaido scallops, spicy tuna but def give everything a try and go in early to avoid wait!

Probably the best hand rolls I’ve ever had, wow. The A5 wagyu melts in your mouth, and when combined with the uni and black truffle it really may be the best hand roll I’ve ever had in my life. Even the shrimp tempura (something i almost never order) exceeded all expectations paired with a brilliant mango salsa. You guys are in for a treat.

Must go very early and list your name. They would say the waiting time is 30 mins and after an hour (while you sat outside and waited to be called) you go in, check the list and find that other people after you were prioritized on the list. Did not only happen to my party but also another couple waiting us.

Amazing hand rolls, albeit a little pricey for them. The miso cod is not as good as I had hoped, but the rest were great. The salmon, unagi, uni, and yellowtail were great. The scallops were good, but got overpowered by the spicy Mayo. Great service.

Boston finally has a handroll spot! Most range from $7-10 each, which is quite pricey compared to NY/LA. The scallop was my favorite. Salmon and crab were just okay. Their drink selection was quite lacking with only sodas to pair with.
