Long time customers of Mathews but very disappointed tonight.Ordered a Philly cheesesteak with just the cheese no onions and peppers.The sandwich was all roll.1 thin steak um which you could barely see.A sad excuse for a sandwich that cost$15.95.Mentioned it to waitress and her reply was “sorry”.asked for fries well done and they were barely cooked.

My family of 5, two teens and three adults met my parents at Matthews for breakfast. I was nervous about showing up at 8:30 on a Saturday needing seating for 7. They were able to seat us right away. Service was fast and cheerful. The food was good and plentiful. Four of our group did not even finish. The restaurant was more busy when we left with people waiting but everyone was in good spirits so things looked like they were moving well. There is a reason this is my parents’ go-to for eating out. It was my grandparents’ as well when they were still. around.

I had the mediterranean omelet and coffee ☕️. Both were delicious. Toast that came with the omelet seemed a little stale, but overall it was a good meal. Our waiter was attentive and friendly. I will definitely go back!
