We are new to the area in Hawaii, I know all the prices are around this price point.. but this place did not warrant the price. The service was excellent with a smile, but the fries were overcooked.. not something you enjoy! Especially at this price. The fish was great, cod. The shrimp was overcooked, and the drink prices were actually acceptable. We definitely will check a different place out for this price, surely there is something better.

Amazing fish and chips! Loved the batter and fries as well. The poke bowl was simple but classic and full of flavour. Very reasonable priced as well. For the fish and chips + tuna bowl and a Coca Cola we paid around $35USD. The staff were also super nice!

First stop once we landed in Maui, and what a great start to the trip! High quality seafood, bathed in a mouthwatering marinade. My friends got poke bowls which was just ahi tuna on a bed of rice. All our food was very simple but they definitely packed a punch. This spot is located across the street from the beach, so I recommend grabbing some food and walking over to the shore to enjoy a nice lunch with a spectacular view!

The order process was quick and the order taker confirmed the order before finishing. He indicated it would take a few minutes. After 12 minutes it arrived, but UNPROMTED we were offered a free soda because of the delay. The fish and chips were hot and tasted great. Potion for the price was also great. Photo is not accurate. My wife didn’t give me enough time to take a picture when she took the food out of the bag. By the time I could find my phone she had already eaten about two thirds of the fish and about half the french fries.

Got poke here. The poke is ahi in a spicy mayo sauce with masago also mixed in. The food was decent. The spicy mayo brought good flavor, and the fish tasted pretty fresh. The fish comes on top of a bed of rice which has furikake on it. I thought the rice was a little off like it had been sitting for a while and was a bit clumpy–still perfectly fine but not fresh. Overall decent poke for the typical price ($14/15 dollars per bowl).

Made fresh so expect to wait a little bit. So good and crispy! We got the cod and ono baskets with half zukes/mushrooms. Soooo yummy! Not oily at all! This place has def gotten better over the years, so glad we decided to give them another try. Only outdoor seating when we went and it was humid! Staff was friendly and location was easy to find. The place was not too busy on a Tuesday evening. Place looked very clean. We ordered the chicken teriyaki and the shrimp and chips. The chicken teriyaki (Thighs) was not great, I would recommend NOT getting it. The shrimp on the other hand was very good. Cooked perfectly and not over done. For me there was a little too much salt and I love salt. The fries are battered fries and were good if you like that style of fry. I took a poll and the 3 other people I asked prefer a standard fry, but I thought they were good, but a little greasy. I would definitely recommend for the seafood, but the group I am with aren’t big fish eaters.
