You tell me if this is acceptable Mauii Hawaiian BBQ! My chicken is literally charred, but the rest of my food is good as usual. You guys need to find your rhythm again and stop being lazy… I actually told your guy at the register that my chicken was burnt and I waited for over 25+ minutes, and I wasn’t waiting any longer.

The food here is really good. Love the chicken and ribs, but they are so so slow. Today it took 18 minutes to get a rub mini meal…. and it’s it weird that with a take out order they don’t give you a fork or napkins?

Came here to order some food but the girl on the register was very rude. I canceled the order and walked out. I love the food but with this kind of service I would never come here again. Hopefully the owner or the manager of this place see this post and do something about it.

Lived around the area for two years now, and ordered many times from here. I like the friendliness of the woman worker who is usually there, but tonight she wasn’t and her husband/coworker was working the register. Not only was he rude to me but I had to wait 40 minutes for two Hawaiian BBQ mix. It wasn’t busy as it usually is, only one person in the restaurant with me.
