Our favorite place was closed due to storm , this place pretty small and womens restroom was out of order so men’s was only available. Wife and other customers put off by how funky it was. Pizza was ok nothing special ,thin lacking sauce and ordered extra cheese it to was lacking. Just telling the truth did see an employee making pizzas wearing a very soiled and dingy tee shirt. Sorry won’t be going back.

We chose Mauricio’s because it looked a little more off the beaten path so we thought it might be less busy than the alternatives on a Saturday night. Not a lot of customers dining in; take out traffic was hopping though- nearly constant! Crust and bread sticks taste like homemade pizza dough which I enjoyed. Staff was very helpful with drink refills and the bill was incredibly reasonable. That they were way more generous with the mushrooms than the sausage on the pizza toppings was really my only complaint. We would definitely order it again if we’re back in terre haute.

1. The area we were seated in was not clean. There was food on the floor under our table. 2. We were a party of 4 with 3 orders. A salad, a 747 pizza, and beef sandwich thing. My salad came out first. I had it half gone before the pizza arrived. My salad and over half of the pizza were gone before the sandwich came. In their defense they were busy the whole time we were there but we still should have gotten all the orders at the same time.

Maurizio’s is one of these single best pizzas in town. The staff there is always very friendly and very fast at getting you what you need. The only issue is the place is too small and parking is limited, but that won’t stop me from eating there.

It’s small but a good place to eat. Not a whole lot of room for big parties. It has very fair prices which is shocking with everything in the world going way up. Also have amazing salads
