Absolutely fantastic meal! Wow… This was hands down one of the best meals I’ve ever had. Each dish was better than the last! You can tell a lot of love goes into making each dish delicious, with each one carefully prepared with fresh, in-season ingredients. Our waiter Garrett was so friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu! The wagyu steak was phenomenal as well as the creamed corn! Garrett told us all the pastrys and ice creams are made in house. This ambiance inside and outside is stunning, with the cutest outdoor seating area overlooking gorgeous water views. This is a wonderful addition to Montauk and I cannot wait to return!

We have eaten at Maverick’s twice and both meals were excellent! The menu is very creative and you can tell the chef is adventurous with the interesting plates and bold flavors. Wine selection is amazing as well (thank you Vanessa). The restaurant has a great vibe and the live piano on weekends is a treat. Juan and Dmitri at the bar are excellent. Favorite dishes were the curry swordfish, grilled oysters, and the Caesar salad

Mavericks is stunning, delicious, elegant, and pricy. After our experience, we were highly pleased, talking about when we can come back. It’s such a wonderful feeling to go out and really enjoy it, and not feel ripped off/disappointed. The wine list was extensive with bottles offering a range of prices and regions, which we really appreciated. Staff is on point, the food is incredible, the atmosphere is superb. Definitely a new favorite spot of ours. Highly recommend!

The experience from start to finish was fantastic. All of the food was equally as gorgeous as it was delicious. The space is so beautiful and you can’t beat that view. We had to leave before sunset but we could see it starting and it was epic. The live music was a bonus to our dining experience and just added that much more to our enjoyment. You can see from the pictures I took that this place is on top of its game

Saturday night at Mavericks had a great vibe. Menu was creative and although something came out cold all the dishes were very well made. Particularly enjoyed the kimchi fried rice. Pasta was cooked just right and flavorful.

Mavericks is a beautiful restaurant with amazing views of the water and sunset. The filet mignon was cooked perfectly. The grilled oysters were an amazing twist on oysters. Potato gratin and burnt carrots with crème fraiche….delicious. Dessert was a must with the pecan pie pot …outrageous. Walked in a skinny girl and walked out not so much! Can’t wait to go back ❤️

One of my new favorite restaurant in the Hamptons! Where the food matches the outstanding view and sunset! Caviar service was espectacular paired with an xtra brut Billecart-Salmon. The A5 wagyu tiradito is a must! Not to mention the wood grilled lobster cocktail with bagna cauda dip. Highly recommend the aged Prime Porterhouse for two with the roasted bone marrow, superb! Staff was friendly and professional from the greeter, bartender, server and Sommelier Vanessa Price who made the experience top notch. Thank you Chef Jeremy Blutstein. Will be back very soon

My friends and I all work in the industry as severs and we couldn’t have been more stoked about our dinner last Sunday. We sat around 6pm and were able to catch sunset right before our entrees hit the table. Our server was Alejandro and he was lovely. He was extremely professional, attentive yet un-intrusive. The Somm made fantastic suggestions and two of our bottles were under $120. Both were a new varietal we all had never heard of and enjoyed learning about from her! They really were a perfect pairing for our mid and entrée course. For starters we had the fluke crudo, caviar, tiradito and beet salad to start. We shared the porter house for two, which was seasoned and cooked to perfection, along with the wood grilled bone in swordfish and lobster radaitori pasta (dope AF). The pecan pot pie and Sundae were dreamy and just the perfect way to end our meal.

Came here for first time and was very pleased!! Food was excellent! The ambiance is Awesome. We got the porterhouse for two, one of the best steaks I’ve had. Drinks are great also. The view here is exceptional! On the expensive side, but still worth it. Come around sunset to get a great view at the bar!

Awesome in every way. Seeing local produce was a nice feature – carrots and asparagus was excellent. Fluke was outstanding. Dry aged NY strip steak was perfect. A very nice addition to Montauk’s high end food scene. And staff could not be any nicer. A congratulations on a great opening that will no doubt continue to knock it out of the park as everything settles down.
