A friendly hostess seated us immediately, place was pretty empty. it was only 5pm, Started to fill up faster as we waited, not a bad crowd for a Tuesday Night. Our Salad was crisp and fresh, dressing on the side perfectly. Our burgers were huge and hot, I got the Garbage burger, it was a little to much for me to eat but delicious, drinks filled fast, I have no complaints. It was good.

Overall not too bad. I ate there on a Tues evening during dinner hours. I ordered the Max’s Sirloin which was cooked to order. The side salad with the meal was a little unappealing, but in all fairness I’m picky when it comes to salads. Tyler provided excellent service and was knowledgeable of the menu. The price of the food was also reasonable (about $15.50 for a steak). The decor was comfortable and clean. I would rate it about 6.7 out of 10. This would be ideal for a small group coworkers to meet after work for dinner and drinks. I will likely stop in again.

Server Brittany came to table as soon as we were seated. She was extremely friendly amd spent time with us explaining the menu and making recommendation. She made us feel welcome and made us feel that she wanted our experience to be a good one. Our food arrived promptly and it was delicious. The fish and shrimp were amazing and the beer was icy cold. Brittany made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. We came back the next night and asked for Brittany again. Once again she went above and beyond and the food was wonderful. Manager Tyler stopped by our table to make sure all was well. This has become our new favorite place. Highly recommend

Went in late Sunday night. The restaurant felt dirty. That’s what bothered me the most. It smelled of dirty mop bucket water. The server and manager was nice, but their t shirts looked like they had been wearing them all weekend. My wife had a hair on her plate. Another person in out party ordered a medium burger, but it was cool and raw. Can’t go there again.

Worst restaurant ever. Greeted by lady who acted like she didn’t care about her job. Was pointed to our table instead of escorted. Waitress takes order we get a shareable that comes out cold. We get no silverware have to ask for them. Takes 7 minutes to get a refill when place wasn’t busy. Waitress was just sitting at the bar. Food was OK but was cold as well. For $71 this was not the experience I was expecting I will never go back to this place again.

Tonight me and my family came in to eat and we literally had the BEST service ever from this waitress Sadie! I have never done a review on a restaurant before but after the service she gave I had to. She was on top of everything and so generous. She did the nicest thing ever for our family and paid for our meal! She just simply brought the check over and when we opened it it said “Merry Christmas! 🙂 Have a great night! (no bill) Sadie!” People like that are what make restaurants really amazing because they care about the costumer! Sadie deserves a raise because she definitely brought new customers to keep coming back for more! (: We need more people in the world like her! I give Beavercreek Max & Erma’s an A+! 😀

One of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. Two stars instead of one because the manager ended up paying for our entire meal because he could not find the server to take my credit card. Eating out is tough with two kids but even harder when it takes two hours. Worked in the food industry for a long period of time and get that its not perfect all the time but this was a bit absurd and from the looks of other reviews this max & ermas has a problem. I would suggest eating somewhere else if its the weekend and you want to do more than sit at max and ermas.

For starters there wasn’t a hostess up front to greet us or seat us. Then we had to wait along with two other couples for a booth, even though there was at least 6 available. Once we got seated, we received our nachos without plates. We had to ask for them and extra napkins. My husband ordered a hamburger cooked medium well that came out medium rare with the center being raw. We also had to ask for a refills on our soft drinks and received diet soda instead. Don’t know if this is the norm or an off day but for this being our first time at the location, it will surely be our last. There are too many good restaurants in the Beavercreek area to risk coming back.

My burger was completely undercooked. The cheese was not melted. It was cold and disgusting. The server was great, but when I complained to the manager about my food and showed her, all she said is that I can give you the employee discount. I paid 33 dollars for food I did not eat. Horrible place.
