Looking for some pizza or pasta quick and fairly priced? Come visit Max Pizza II in New Britain. Friendly staff and quick service! I got the ziti with meatballs and it was delicious! It can with soup, but I ate it before I realized I should be writing a review! LOL! It was also delicious. They have a nice clean restaurant and polite wait staff. It is definitely worth a try!

The place was a good vibe but we sat for about fifteen minutes before anyone came to our table, when the server did she said “we really didn’t know whose table it was”, we brushed it off and ordered or food. What the sever didn’t tell anyone of us was the quality of food we would receive. We had three children with us of them ordered 12 piece boneless wings. Unbeknownst to us the boneless wings were more like huge chicken tenders. My husband and I ordered grinders( typically most grinders large Grinders are 8-12’ , the server didn’t inform us when we asked for large that on large Grinder could feed atleast 3 ppl.

Thought I would give them a second chance. Ther prices online are totally different from in person and you won’t know until they charge ur card. Pizza was rushed and so were the garlic knots. Idk what happen over the years but they are getting worse. Only good thing is the customer service

Needed a grinder to go and it was ready warm and wrapped in a few ate it on the way to work… Delicious great Italian combo. Had the spaghetti and believe it or not it was my third time the third time I said please drain the water and that’s because it is good but who wants all that water in the bottom it didn’t happen so spaghetti there is off my list service was great people to talk to are nice but I don’t know what that smell is in there smells like roach spray. Other than that it’s okay just for takeout

Highly recommend for pickup. Do not do delivery I live in a large 6 building apartment complex, I pretipped the driver $6 through an ordering app and he didn’t even have the decency to call me and hand me the order when I was waiting in stairwell for food he just left it outside on the ground and texted me food is here. Quality of food is great and store looked clean and tidy with friendly service

We do not order from ANYWHERE else! This happens to be our neighborhood pizza place, BUT…we would order from here even if it wasn’t close to home! We order from Max Pizz II about once a week and have NEVER received an order done wrong or incomplete! Your call will always be answered by someone who is happy to receive it, no irritated employees that make u feel rushed or like you’re bothering them to take your order! They have an extensive menu and we have tried a variety of items and been VERY pleased with everything we have ordered. Our absolute favorite part about MaxPizza II is the consistency of their food and especially their pizza! We always get the same delicious pie week after week! Not heavy sauce one week, burnt bottom the next, light cheese the next week, not here! You will receive a CONSISTENTLY delicious pizza!!!!! When we pick up, the kids love to grab an Avery’s and Mom&Dad love the desserts in the cooler! Dine in is great too! Nice servers, attentive service and nice clean atmosphere, very family friendly. Oh and summer evenings…the ice cream window is AWESOME!

The food is very good. I ordered a half grinder,and couldn’t finish it because it was filling. I brought it home for the day. The parking is ok,could be better,but the lot is small. Only 1 handicapped space.
