Maximon owes me nothing! Food, decor, service 5 Stars… I would expect nothing less from a restaurant located within the Four Seasons Hotel. They even had a guitarist playing during brunch. He was phenomenal! Our server Mason was pleasant and very knowledgeable when it came to recommending what we should order. His words “everything on the menu is excellent!” He told no tales!

This place is great for the views , delicious drinks and flavorful bites . Yesterday the service was spotty due to unforseen walk ins. Whatever issues we encountered were more than taken care of by the hospitable and professional manager on site – Rodney. I would return solely to encounter someone of his service quality . It was impeccable . You will pay a nice penny but it will be well worth it! I will skip the crab fondu next time . All other items photographed were delicious .

Maximón is awesome. We felt like we were back in Cabó. The food, service, and atmosphere were impeccable. It is hard to get downtown on a date night away from our daughter, but this was worth the drive and date night. Having a disappointing experience at Bygone, Maximón made the full recovery. If you want to head downtown put this on your list for date nights.

My good friend and I shared a wonderful brunch here on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. We spent the whole morning at the Four Seasons and made reservations for 1 PM at Maximón. We arrived promptly at 1 PM and were seated immediately on the GORGEOUS patio area. The furniture is fun and comfortable, and the staff immediately opened the umbrellas when the sun popped out from behind the morning clouds. All staff, from hosts to servers/food runners, management and everyone else, were wonderfully polite, considerate, and efficient.

Came to Maximon, within the Four Seasons, for a night cap. What a beautiful restaurant, we were blown away by the atmosphere. Breakfast the next morning was excellent as well. The service was fantastic on both occasions. We loved the breakfast menu!

The service and atmosphere are great. They have music live after 8 and the vibe is just right. The waiter is consistently asking whether you need something, and it is precious after the huge service quality drop of the restaurant after the COVID.

My experience at Maximon was fantastic. The food, ambiance, and staff were great. I had the Smoked Wings for an appetizer, the NY Strip with Mexican Street Corn, and Dipped Potatoes. Everything was delicious, even the Expresso Martini. I will definitely be back soon.
