My hookah experience was by far the worst here. The man who greeted me was not friendly at all and the place is unwelcoming and I felt uncomfortable to be there. They charge their hookah based on how many people will be smoking which is odd. So I paid $33 for a two person hookah, which was literally a Khalil Mamoon hookah. Nothing special. The outdoor lounge area where you smoke is basically metal tables outside to the side of the building on the sidewalk. When I got my hookah, I noticed the charcoal are those self starting charcoal and not the real charcoal used by most hookah lounges. The pics of this place on Google is very deceiving. Also, my hookah tasted like trash and literally no customer service here.

After reading some of you guys 1 star reviews i still decided to patronize this place, only because i wanted hookah. This is not a place if you want service, more of a ?” Told him the flavor and he goes to say i will be charging you for two people. I said no you will not if I’m the only one smoking! He says yes it is two of you so you will be charged for two people. I said “mf this is my 17 year old son and he will not be smoking so you will charge me for one person.” And then says if i see him smoking the hookah i will take it. Now i have an attitude because y’all reviews are making sense. There’s a folding chair there and i point at it and i say if you touch my hookah, that will be your tip! He takes 21 minutes to make the hookah. He brings it out and starts yelling that “you can’t smoke in here, you have to go outside!”…sir if you would of showed me the alley where we are designated to smoke, we wouldn’t be having this discussion. We go outside and we sit. I ask him is the kitchen open? He says he doesn’t know he’s not the cook. Needless to say he never came back to our table and i won’t be back!

I live in the area so I am forced to shop here from time to time, this shop is essentially my local convenience store. All the items are incredibly overpriced and the staff are incredibly rude. I’ve probably walked in there over 50 times in the past year and I have not once been thanked for shopping there and barely acknowledged.

I walked in here to get service. This place is an embarrassment. The guy was looking weird acting funny. May the Lord save these people. They don’t need to run a business they need to run their life together. This is an embarrassment of a business. My stomach hurts.

This Egyptian place has one of the worst customer service I have ever seen. They’re not only discrimatory towards their customers but also rude. They will not have respect for your money. Don’t go there.

Nice food, staff and services aren’t the best. Stupidly bought from them a second time only for the product to be defective and they were not willing to cooperate. Will not go back.

This place is freaking awesome! The best gyro I ever had in my life and seasoned french fries to die for with a drink and now get this – 10 bucks. The gyro was so big that I have it for lunch and dinner. That’s good information if you go there on a date
