Having visited India quite a few times for work, I had to say Maya Flavors bring back the taste and cuisine I have been missing. Dishes and flavor are quite authentic. I’m sure they reduced the spice to a more milder taste to suite clientele in Boca.

Never again. I felt bad for the friends who took us who loved the restaurant and then were embarrassed when we didn’t have the same experience when they treated us. Maybe it was because their friend knew the owners? Regardless, we were treated to a different experience. The food was actually good but service was very inattentive (it took them 30 minutes just to ask what we wanted). When I mentioned this on Yelp, instead of trying to make things right, the owner decided to “correct” me on a couple of things. That’s not how you do business. It was good but not so good I would tolerate the poor service. I recommended them for takeout at one point, but they’re not getting referrals after how the owner responded to me on yelp. You were rude to the wrong customer. Maybe pay attention to your clientele instead of trying to rebut bad yelp reviews.

Cute place!! Had the chicken tikka masala, tawa gosht, garlic naan, Chana masala, mushroom 65 and r’josh (forgot pic of that one). All 4 of us liked it!! Very good flavors. Service was great. Very friendly. My dad recommended and I’m glad he did!!

This is a place with a textbook formula of what an Indian restaurant is in America. What I mean is that they don’t go the extra mile and make it extra special. No complimentary papad. The food is okay, but nothing special. The lasooni gobhi was nice but Ketchuppy (I can make out when there’s too much ketchup in the sauce). Paneer chilli was very similar, only subtle differences. The farmers plate was pricy – $21 for about 12 pieces of veggies. The only saving grace was the Kashmiri Subj biriyani – it was pretty tasty. It’s not too bad, but nothing unmissable 😐
