Mayberry Hospitality catered my wedding and the food was subpar to say the least. All I cared about was having pulled pork, as it is my favorite food. Instead of being shredded, it was long thick rectangular pieces of meat. The barbecue chicken was hard to get off the bone and just looked unappetizing. The cooked carrots were hard. The spinach dip and pita triangles were so salty I literally had to spit it out. And to top it off, IMMEDIATELY after my husband and I said I do, the staff came up to me asking for money. Probably because they knew the food was trash and I would have demanded a discount. Such a disappointment.
