Just got lunch here today. I ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger for $6.79 and made it a small combo for $4.69 more. I was charged $14.85. (13.98+ .87 tax) When I asked why was it so much, I was told that I was charged for a Beltbuster Combo and that my burger had 2 patties. I should’ve checked the burger before I drove off. I had a regular bacon cheeseburger with 1 patty, but apparently I paid for 2 patties. I won’t eat there again if they’re ripping off customers.

I normally love this place. The people are nice and the orders are correct. Lately though, the food is off. I usually get the Texas Tacos and now the shells taste like chlorine. Something has changed in the taco meat as well. It’s not bad, just not good. I hope they switch whatever vendor they’re buying taco shells from – they are inedible right now. 4/2023 UPDATE: THE GOOD TACO SHELLS ARE BACK! It seems whatever was the issue before, it is resolved now and has been resolved. Thanks DQ!

Horrible! The employee was rude and this was the worst Oreo cookie blizzard we have ever had. The ice cream was gritty, crunchy and icy…you could see the fat globules in each scoop. What a waste of time and money for something we believed to be such a great treat!

I WENT THRU THE DRIVE THRU ON MAY 11th AND I PAID FOR MY ORDER. THE YOUNG MAN WHO WAS WORKING THE CASHIER HELD OUT MY CHANGE WHICH WAS $10 BUT BEFORE I COULD GET MY HAND OUT OF MY CAR WINDOW THIS CASHIER HELD OUT MY CHANGE OF $10 AND IT BLEW AWAY!! THE CASHIER AND THE MANAGER NAMED ‘MONICA’ BASICALLY TOLD ME “TOUGH LUCK” AND DIDNT OFFER ONE DIME BACK TO ME!!! THEN MY ORDER WAS TERRIBLE AS THE BLIZZARD WAS HALF MELTED AND WAS SLOP!!! THEY WERE RUDE AND NON-CARING!!DO NOT GO HERE!! GO TO THE DQ ON HWY 79 IN ROUND ROCK!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ATTITUDE!!! MONICA TOLD ME TO CALL THE POLICE AS SHE ROLLED HER EYES!! Just wanted to add on to my previous review. They had started to win me over with better food and service. I added a star. Would have gone higher but consistency still seems to be an issue. Their fish combo is good but the first time I got 3 pieces of fish and tonight received 2. Last time I upsized the fries and it was appropriate. Tonight I upsized and not even close.

Food was gross. Burger was greasy and soggy. The fries were cold and had a weir sour taste. I expected far more quality for $16 meal. Even BK and jack-in-the-box is better than this. And that is setting the bar way too low already.

It was first time for me to be there, l got the pretzel, blizzard -Oreo, a taco added to my husband’s burger combo, he later got the banana split as well. food was fresh, had good flavor, atmosphere was clean, very friendly staff as well as menu varieties.
