Do yourself a favor and eat here! Family of four stopped to eat and everyone enjoyed their meal! I got the large cheeseburger and fries. Burger was delicious with perfect ratio of condiments and toppings. Fries were hot and crispy. Husband said his tacos were on point. 5 year old ate all his burger and teen said his beef burritos were good. Nachos and milkshakes also good. So glad we stopped here after going thru the caverns. This is what we need back home in GA!

I’ve been going to Dari lea for over 40 years and I’m guess they are under new owners because they are rude and this is the third time I order and the 3rd time it’s wrong then I get told well then quit ordering from us. Your right I would just rather give my money to hometown owned restaurants. Sad that Carlsbad has been bombarded with rude obnoxious people. If your from Carlsbad you know we take care of our people and take pride in ourselves. Bye no more Dari lea for me. Get the original owners back they would never act this way

This place is great when they are open. Their hours are not updated. They aren’t open on Sun-Mon they open Tues-Sat 10:30-6pm! There burritos are $6 and up and they are burritos you would make for your 2-3 year old toddler. Basically don’t buy burritos they aren’t worth $6.00 you can go anywhere else in town and get an adult size burrito for $6 or less
