Made an attempt to utilize a Birthday coupon offer that I was sent on 6.18 via email. Per the email, it says to show the email to redeem the offer. I arrive at this location only to find out that I needed to print out the email instead. It is not printed anywhere on the offer, email or inside this location that in order to redeem an email offer, it has to be printed out. I spoke with two Managers who them passed the phone to their GM Wayne. Wayne informed me that he told his crew to only accept printed offers that are sent via email. This is misleading since the email didn’t not state this and there isn’t any signage printed or hung anywhere about the specifics for this location. I was told that a printed version of the offer is needed to void it out in the system. The offer does not have a barcode printed on it for them to scan. There’s the expiration date and coupon code printed on the offer for them to refer to when looking up the coupon in their system. The code is there so that it wouldn’t be duplicated or reused. This location made their own rules and did not care for the inconvenience. I will never visit this location again. Very unprofessional.

No one was up front to greet me upon arrival. I waited about 10 mins. I ordered a salad to go. The salad bar was extremely nasty. Other foods dropped in the salad dressing. Food particles just lingering around.

THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD WITH A MAZZIOS I CAME HERE THE PIZZA HAD BARELY NO CHEESE AND WAS JUST THROWED TOGETHER AND VERY NASTY CRUST WAS HARD PASTA HAD NO MEAT EVERYTHING WAS COLD AND NOT GOOD AT ALL NO CHEESE FOR SALAD BAR EMPLOYEES WERE VERY RUDE AND MANAGER GETTO THEY I ATE IN IT WAS NOT CLEAN SALAD BAR LOOKED A MESS THIS WHOLE PLACE JUST MADE MY STOMACH HURT I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN !!! Never going back after this disappointment of this “calzone” I received. Ordered a calzone and one topping pizza was charged $52 get home and the calzone is smaller than a personal pizza from other pizza chains and I was told that is the standard size now when I called and went back up there to confirm with them the small size

Where’s the beef? We had pizza yesterday and there was only beef in the center of the pizza. The pieces of beef are smaller than they used to be, so we need it spread out a little more, and more of it, please.

The food is fine, although to be fair I pretty much always order the same thing, and I don’t eat here often. The staff is fine. However, last couple of times I’ve ordered delivery the pizza came with a decent amount of the topping on the side of the box. It’s perfectly, fine, but I think I stick with carryout from now on.

Came to the buffet at 5pm actually made it a little before 5pm. The pizza that was served was horrible it didn’t seem fresh and it was HARD with a burnt taste. I ordered wings, they were not fresh seem like they were already made. Don’t get me wrong their wings are good! I paid for a salad bar and used the ranch and it was a piece of curled hair in my ranch. I asked for the manager he was professional about the situation but I don’t think I will be coming back.

We came for the salad bar after church and it was Great! Salad bar was better then we expected, pizza was good, and the chocolate chip pizza was the perfect dessert pizza! Haven’t been in a while but we will be back! Service was friendly and excellent! We were greeted with a smile and a Happy New Year!
