Nah, this place set me back a few hundred yards. The food was old, sat out for wayyyy too long. Service was okay, but the workers in the back were loud and clearly hated their jobs.

Horrible experience. Pizza was uncooked, asked them to cook it a bit more and it came back burned. Staff was too occupied with playing and laying down in a booth, so we constantly had to get up to get our own items that should have been brought to us. Kitchen was filthy, food all over the floor, nothing looked cleaned. Extremely disappointed…

Ordered pick-up. Was told it would take an hour. When I asked why it takes so long I was informed they are short staffed. Obviously it didn’t take that long to cook it because my food was cold and stale when I picked it up. Staff was unfriendly/uninterested. Despite being cold the cheese dippers were pretty good. They seriously need more lighting in the parking lot. Doesn’t feel particularly safe at night.

When I went to ask for something all the employees were on their phones never once saw them wash their hands. And to top it off saw another employee pick food off the buffet and eat it right there did I mention he did it with his bare hands .

I’m so disappointed about my experience at this mazzio’s. First me and my family entered the restaurant, no hello welcome to mazzio’s. No server approached us to take our drinks or food. The manager was more concerned with taking a cigarette break and the other workers were hiding or on their phones. Horrible customer service, horrible experience. Please don’t go to this establishment. Also we sit there for ten minutes and they were not busy, just didn’t want to work. Horrible.

Ordered lemon pepper wings, instead I received cinnamon stick flavored wings. I told the young lady at the counter the wings tasted sweet like cinnamon sticks, she proceeded to say our lemon pepper wings taste like that…she had a nasty snobby attitude… Oh and the roaches all in the salad bar, old lettuce… but yet sooooo expensive for the most nastiest food you can find in Monticello
