I placed my order by phone at 7:08. I didn’t receive my order until 8:10. I arrived at the restaurant at 7:18. No one knew where my order was and at one point no one was even trying to help us. They just took our money and didn’t try anymore after that. They finally found it at the drive through window after I got the kitchen staff to look for it or make it. No apologies or anything. Just here’s your hour old food. That’s not exactly what we had in mind when we decided to go eat out.

Second time I’ve called in an order and been completely ignored at the drive up window. There was a line of cars out there today and we waited literally 20 minutes for someone to go to the window to greet the first car. I think a couple of the workers were hiding in the freezer, and only came out when I started blowing up their phone telling them about the line outside

Mario’s normally is good. The hot wings w/o bones taste awful. That’s my 2d try for the w/o bones and it was just as bad as the 1st time that I tried them. The chicken with bones is much better but I will give warning to others to leave chicken w/o bones stay at the chicken house.
