Hadn’t been in this place in over 20 years, and I see why. Sit there 35 minutes waiting on a sandwich to go, and they never called my name, and the sandwich was just sitting back there I noticed after ordering that it’s not kept up very well. My last time there. I should have known something because it was empty when I got there.. the lady who took my order was very nice.

I had made a pickup/online purchase for Calzone, pizza, and Cheese dippers. I was happily greeted by Amber. I received amazing service from her aswell as the cooks! I absolutely loved the atmosphere, the food was delicious and hot. Thank you for reminding me that not everyone is just there for a paycheck!

I’ve been to this mazzios a handful of times and haven’t had any bad experiences. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the food is good which are the most important things. I usually come for the buffet and they’ve always had a good selection of pizzas and desserts to choose from. Plus you can’t go wrong with pizza so why not come here

I can say with all confidence that this establishment is a horrible place to visit. I have watched as they slide your order under a prep table and act like you aren’t standing there waiting. They act like African Americans aren’t important and that fact alone is atrocious. Don’t get me wrong it isn’t the whole crew to my knowledge but I definitely can say that the afternoon crew Sunday July 30th 2023 shouldn’t have jobs.

Ordered via door dash. Pizza, fries, & a salad. Didn’t get my salad because I guess my order was on 2 tickets and I only got ticket 2 of 2 eith my delivery showing the pizza & fries. No biggie. Getting a refund from Door Dash. The pizza is good! The fries are too!! I’d order again

We can in just afew mins after 1:30 I mean the buffet was fully stocked and we told the casher we wanted the buffet. She said it was over ,I looked over at the buffet and she then informed me se hedit open for the customer that was there before us because the gt the order in before 1:30 pm she would rather lose business than be gracious and let the customer dine in . It’s weird that the end the lunch buffet at one thirty I guess people that go to work at 10 am don’t need lunch .

Ridiculous! They won’t deliver to us truck drivers at Amazon Fulfillment Center or anywhere apparently because we have to be ‘in a building” “at a building” This is the first restaurant that has ever said that and I’ve been at this over 20 years. They claim for driver safety. Maybe drivers should stop fulfilling their deliveries and boycott eating from their franchises. At least have the courtesy to mention that on your page so we don’t waste the time of ordering etc. What a pathetic way Mazzio’s has decided to treat an industry that literally moves everything instead of making common sense, exceptions for drivers literally at places secure and extremely monitored.
