Situated in a nice clean area and having a rather new and modern building this is by far one of the better Mazzios locations. It’s extremely clean the staff was kind and considerate. The food was well prepared and tasty. My only issue was a few folks had to wait for close to 5 minutes before we decided to flag someone down. Overall though the buffet is great the place is clean I love it.

It is currently Saturday, August 8 at 6:47 pm. Have not even gotten our pizza yet, and so far we have managed to not order fast enough for the boy behind the register. He just kept sighing until I finally asked him twice if he was frustrated. He said no twice then walked off leaving us standing there. No wonder there are only two other tables occupied in here. What terrible customer service and representation of Mazzios. Up until now I have only ordered take out. I will not even do that anymore.

Went to have lunch today got there at 12:45. The salad bar was a total wreck. I go for pizza but my husband goes for the salad. He basically got lettuce and ranch. He asked for a fork and the guy working said can you make two spoons work? My husband said no I need a fork. The worker seems so irritated he needed to go wash some dishes. He ended up giving him a plastic fork. The selection of pizza was terrible. The most basic pizza being pepperoni and cheese should always be out there. There used to be a woman working the counter and she was on top of everything. This is the second time we’ve been recently and it’s been horrible both times since she’s been gone. Even being greeted at the beginning to pay for the buffet was terrible. The worker looks at the front door but continues to walk around picking up plates and talking to customers instead of helping the front customers coming in. I sure hope this place gets it together or finds new people who actually care about their job.

Food was delicious. I ate too much. They were busy on the Friday we went…that lead to delay in pizza coming out and being available when our table went to the buffet. The kitchen was working hard to keep up…. The white pizza and dessert choices were phenomenal! Thank you for having us.

Very disappointed. I ordered from mazzios tonight. Calzone, lg pepperoni’s, and ranch. After tax and tip my total was 45.68. I used contactless delivery. What I received was someone else’s order. Lg cheese, medium works. Then my ranch. Their total per the ticket on the box was 39.19. Once the food was delivered my family had an hour before we had to be somewhere so there was no time for a remake or to find other alternatives for dinner so I had my kids eat the cheese pizza.

12:30 pm. not busy. Had to wait a while to be greeted/pay. The buffet was missing my much loved salad ingredients eggs & pasta salad. I had to scrape out the remaining ranch, because it was almost gone. They had no pepperoni pizza on buffet. I asked for a pepperoni pizza and it took 20 minutes for them to put out. When they did it was cracker thin and burnt. Than it took another 15 minutes when I asked for the cinnamon things they were also out of. A second customer had to ask before they put them out. “They are done, I don’t know why they aren’t out yet”. It seemed like the employees just did not care to keep up with things, they just walked around visiting about all their personal stuff. I very much regret trying this location.
