Pure dough. No way was it even in the oven for 5 mins. This location has given undercooked pizzas to us in the past recently but this time was so doughy we had to throw it out. Not sure if they’re understaffed, need to retrain a new employee or if their oven is broke. Any which way, I hope they figure it out soon. This was no bueno.

Kids bit into this and started crying that it was disgusting. Me, thinking it’s just sugar, cinnamon and icing was in for a huge shock when I took a huge bite to discover that someone had definitely confused the sugar for SALT…. Literally all salt and no sugar. To the point of the kids and I both having to chug multiple glasses of water to get the taste out of our mouths.

Unfortunately, new to BA, now I know not to order on the weekends. Food took 80 minutes to arrive (60-70min window), wings weren’t crunchy, barely seasoned, pepperollies we’re barely warm, and even the kids complained about the pepperoni pizza being hard. The cinnamon sticks were almost plain, they weren’t even brown in color. $70 order including tip, definitely not worth it.

This location has burned my pizza the last 4 times I have ordered here. They burned 2 cauliflower pizzas on 2 different occasions and an order of pepperoilis the next time and this last order, they burned a regular medium pizza. Either the employees need to better training, or the oven needs an adjustment. I’ve never had issues with other Mazzio’s Locations but won’t be coming back to this one.

I have gotten a sandwich the last two visits, Mazzio’s is becoming my ham & cheese, Italian sub place for now. The sandwiches have been really good, the fries are some of the best I’ve found in a while.

Ordered a pizza and some pasta. App told me 55 minutes. I showed up at 50 minutes after and by the time I got home with my food (3 miles) everything is cold. So glad I waited an hour to get cold food. First and last time coming here.

Ordered a pizza at 4:04, was told it would take 30-40 minutes for delivery. Sat on my front porch until 5:30 waiting and called back. Was told the driver claims he knocked on the door AND left a voicemail, neither was true. Only offered to remake and charge full price. Terrible service.
