Going here is like getting the best comfort food and service around. I asked if they could ” bake” my Buffalo Style chicken wings vs. fry them. Coming from NE USA, I experienced how real Buffalo Chicken Wings are made. They are baked, not fried, and served with celery and Blue Cheese Dressing. As I explained this to the lady behind the counter, she KNEW exactly what I was talking about. She, too, came from living up north. So, when I got my baked Buffalo Style Chicken wings, I enjoyed and savored every bite. Thank you, Mazzios, for accommodating a “Northerner” who wanted the real deal. I’ll be back for more!

Went during lunch. Around 12::30. Real simple complaint. I purchased a buffet and there was almost nothing on it. Stood there waiting for them to put pizza out and they just looked at me like I was unreasonable. I asked for a refund. The cashier was acting like I was a Karen rather than a guy that has to get back to work and doesn’t have time for them to get their stuff together. The guy giving my refund was really understanding and is the reasons I’m not giving lesser stars.

Our large group enjoyed the buffet. Restaurant reserved 2 tables for us and we added 2 more. For a weekday lunch it was a great choice. Several remarked that cinnamon sticks and brownies were delicious. Good variety on salad bar. Clean facility.

Kitchen just so disorganized. Waited 45 minutes for eat in order. Ended up asking to have it packed up to go. Clearly take out and to go orders are prioritized and eat in takes second place.

This Mazzio’s is well located in jenks with a well stocked salad bar. The stuffed meat pizza was served hot and fresh. The seating was appropriately placed. The employees were all working with no distractions. Floors were well kept and employees were kind, friendly and willing to accommodate.

Ordered a hand tossed stuffed crust supreme from the Jenks location. It was so thin that it just changed the overall quality. Mazzios has went downhill over the years. Dominos is the better option. Sucks when you waist money.

I usually have no complaints with this Mazzio’s but tonight was just different and the driver was completely rude about the situation. We had ordered a half pepperoni and half supreme ken’s pizza and they tried to say that the pepperoni half wasn’t on the ticket, even though this was a re-order. An order we have placed several times with no issues. They made the half pepperoni a cheese pizza and that would have been completely fine with us if the guy wasn’t so rude about it. He said he tried to call us 5 times and we had no missed calls because their website glitched and messed up the phone number for our order. They did not even try to make it up when I called the store. All they said was they can’t control how phone numbers are put in. They need to fix their website and not make it so glitchy. I will not be ordering again because of this experience, which is sad because I’ve always loved this Mazzio’s but this experience ruined it.
