Ordered pizza from here for delivery never recieved it. My kids went to bed hungry it was late and that’s all the money I had at the time. Called to get my money back and they say I have to go to the store and talk to the manager . I dont have a car to get there. Wont give a direct phone number to the store. I order from here quite often. Never had a problem till now . I just want my money back or bring me the order I had placed.

We are in town for the weekend and wanted to try a place we hadn’t heard of. We were going to order from somewhere else but they were closed. But you know what that was good luck on our part because this place was amazing! The food was hot and tasty. The salad was really big and the toasted ravioli was yummy. The calzone ring was neat and they have really good ranch. All in all very satisfied with our order.

The system was down and only found out after I placed my order online. I understand that. But instead of telling me to call 20 minutes an hour after the order was placed and then another 30 minutes you could of taken my name and number down and say unfortunately we do not know how long with will take for our system to come back online, but we will call you as soon as it does. That would been more professional then jerking me around.

Everytime I order from here I use the contactless delivery and I always select their pre-selected “knock on door” to let me know my order is here. Without fail they never knock and I’m over it. My pizza Sat outside for who knows how long and is lukewarm at best. If your going to offer something as simple as “knock on door” than just do it! It takes literally 5 seconds and you are standing there anyways!

Absolutely do not order from Mazzio’s if it comes from this area of Tulsa. We ordered pizza and spent over 30 bucks. It was never delivered. No phone call or email. Just never delivered. We tried getting our money back but Mazzio’s refused and said that it was delivered to us already. They taunted us and continued to be rude over the phone. I’ve never been more angry about an establishment as this. Pleaseeeee just order Pizza Hut or other instead.

They didn’t give me my complete order and he brookie was beyond hard. I called and they said they would replace the brookie and ranch it’s been over an hour and a half and haven’t received it. I’m just getting the run around. I’ve asked for a refund on the complete order and they won’t do it.

Wow, im absolutely blown away and super happy about how good this pizza was from here, I mean they know how to make a pie at this location, ill give them that! However, they don’t tend to be very friendly and well… I’d say poor customer service and rather rude, so unfortunately I’ll have to stick with 2 stars, doesn’t matter how good your food is, bad customer service is the fastest way to lose business…

I ordered pizza from this location and once an hour went by I called to see why we still had not received our order. I accidentally mixed up the street number, my fault I know. So, the woman on the phone was very nice about it and re submitted our order. Everything was great. We received our pizza, the man left and we proceeded to make our plate. I was furious when I realized that they delivered us our two hour old pizza that was hard it was so cold. I understand I made a mistake, but when I am told my order has been resubmitted and I pay 40+ dollars for pizza I expect it to be fresh.
