I ordered an on line order it wasn’t delivered to my apartment after an hour and trying to get my order i discovered it was on my neighbors front porch! Absolutely cold! I was told that I could get a 5 dollar credit on my next order!Terrible customer ! Don’t waiste your time or money! Not worth it!

Ordered a ranch and it wasn’t delivered. Showed driver receipt and they refused to deliver. They said “I feel bad for you.” Then left. Really disappointed. Had to throw some of the food away.

I’ve ordered 2 pizzas while stuck in hospital. One online and one thru call center.. Each time I’ve asked for square cut so my mom can eat the pizza is smaller slices. Ad photos show Mazzios doesn’t read well and needs to not offer an option they don’t do.

If I could give 0 stars I would but ya I cant. I ordered lemon pepper wings. and they sent naked wings. On top of that it took them over two hours to deliver my order. So sad cuz this location used to be so good but now they are hot garbage. Hopefully they got my pizza right.

I ordered some pizzas at 445 told they would arrive in 30-40 minutes. When they didn’t arrive within an hour I called. The girl I talked to said they were delivered. I told her they weren’t and she verified my address, called the driver and said she would have a reorder ASAp. At 610 I recieved a email that the driver was on the way. They are 5 min from house. At 635 I called and the person gave me a whole nother address not mine. While on hold to speak to a supervisor, I got a call waiting from the same number and answered and the guy again startled rattling off the wrong address, mind you my confirmation order email has the correct address. Then while explaining that address is wrong, understandable upset, he hangs up on me. Then I finally get to a supervisor and explain everything and request a refund to my card. He tells me I have to call treasury. Poor customer service. Poor resolution. I want my 60$ refunded. And still never recieved my pizzas!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered calizone. It never came. The call center closes before 1030 obviously because they had a recording playing saying they were closed. So now no food and pretty sure my cell number was listed because they asked for it. This is the 2nd time this has happened. You all should not offer delivery if you don’t want to deliver pizza or get some employees that don’t mind working. A phone call would have been nice if you were not bringing the food instead of having me wait until everything else is closed. I will not order from you all again . Very poor service and good really is not that great.

Almost every time I order from here I have problems. This time I didn’t receive my ranch with my wings. The app ask you if you want sauce before adding to the cart. I get ranch every time. My vehicle is not working. There is always an inconvenience when I order either on the phone or app.
