So my review is a little bit different than the rest. I’ve worked for this mazzios two separate times now and all i can say is the G.M. who runs this store is amazing. He cares about his employees and he cares about his customers. This mazzios is the cleanest food place I’ve ever worked for as well and the G.M. really cares about the food he sends out. They have awesome other workers there as well who are friendly, and even on bad days still have smiles on their faces. All I can say is this Mazzios is awesome. It’s been a pleasuring working for and with them.

Not sure where to begin. Ordered about $52 of food. Husband saw pizza on commercial so thought would be great. I however have had to stop eating several foods that are a big part but thought i could find something. Well, found crustless “pizza” which, as long as i also order No Cheese, might work. Upon opening, could not believe what i saw. A very shallow pan with a little sauce on bottom, total of 7 pepperoni slices, another “meat” and 6 slices of mushroom and not even baked. $10.99 for this? So i reported on survey which wasn’t read and called main number, not allowed to call store. Told someone would call from store. Nothing. Nobody concerned. Took pictures but nowhere to send them. Check your food before driver leaves, btw she received $10 tip for arriving at scheduled time.

I’m giving them a 3 star bc the manager is nice to me I live close. BUT I see they should do whatever they can for customer satisfaction because judging on there ratings they should focus on this. I tried to get a pizza yes right as they opened bc yes I live close. I waited for 10 minutes after opening time in the cold to get in bc door was locked. The manager gets there late then doesn’t let me in to order. The time online says 10:30. Them just ignoring me when I wanted to order in the cold bc I’m there upon opening. Does not make me happy. I liked the convenience this is the 2nd time I’ve had this issue. I am choosing to not spend my money at this location anymore. Also if corporate doesn’t do something to get them rolling in the right direction I’ll judge all mazzios accordingly. I’m a big eater.

The main reason we like Mazzio’s is the calzone ring. We love the four meat and cheese. They have several different kinds. The price isn’t bad but usually have to buy the family pack. It comes with a cheese sticks, a large pizza with two toppings and a calzone for around $25. That’s with delivery also. Overall, it was okay. The staff was friendly and it was nice that they had to drive through window so you did not have to go inside.

Double decker pizza not near what is advertised. Keto “pizza” pitiful. The only thing that was good was the calzone but over $52 for only part of an order being edible was not worth it.
