This is the pizza I paid 20 dollars for last night yes I know I ordered late but as a food service worker myself I would be ashamed of feeding this to someone else not only was half of it not even topped it wasn’t even fully cooked. So I paid over $20 last night for something that wasn’t even edible and of course by that point they were closed so I didn’t have the option to have anything done about just a waste of money

Good pizza, salad bar was good wish they had more fruit instead of just watermelon that wasn’t ripe. We was there for a birthday party, we weren’t done eating and we were being rushed out. We were pretty much the only ones there.

My family and I decided to stop in one afternoon after a long day of swimming. We ordered salad bar for the 4 of us and a calzone. We dove into the salad bar which was outstanding while our meal cooked. So then our salad plates were clean and we all sat n waited for a calzone that never came. I finally got up to the counter to ask how much longer till we received our food … After about 5mins she comes back out to tell me they were gonna get it made right away bc it was made but never brought out. Instead I got a refund and we left.

This Mazzios needs to clean house on their staff. Its deplorable!! I have been trying to buy pepperolies for a week and they are always out (at 5:30 or 6 in the evening). We came in at 6 and there were 2 other couples in there eating so they weren’t busy. It took us forever to find a clean table and when the girl working there did finally come out and clean up I watched her wipe off 7 tables with the same rag and no cleaning solution!! Disgusting!! I have worked in restaurants and this is not acceptable. This should have been a clue when we pulled up to the restaurant the door to the kitchen was open to the outside and they were all standing around talking. The bathrooms were horrible as well. There was a bunch of hair in the sink of the ladies room and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The mens bathroom had no SOAP AND THE COOKS WERE MEN.

The pizza is good, but anytime we have eaten here the wait is insane, customer service is weak, and when we have ordered online, giving 2 hours notice, it still took 40 minutes from scheduled pick up to be ready. We get there and I don’t believe they even started making the pizza till I walked up to pick it up. What was meant to be an in and out experience, turned into a 40 minute wait in their lobby. Ordering 2 hours before pick up should have been plenty of time to get one large pizza, a calzone, raviolis, and cinnamon sticks made. They should have offered us free drinks while we sit and wait forever for them to make our pizzas for the inconvenience. But don’t worry, to make up for us waiting 40 mins for my food, they were so kind to throw in 2 small servings of icing to go with the cinnamon sticks for our long wait.
