So the sign says try the western burger!!!! Bread was stale, burger was from lunch 5 hours old,and fries were microwaved!!!! Ridiculous!!! This place needs shut down. Calingl the health department when I get home. Sssooo sick of this. We spend twenty dollars for something you wouldn’t feed a dog. They used to be good years ago. They are done.

My family stops by a couple times a year to get good quality food, the workers don’t pay close enough attention to the small details of an order so therefore the food is always horrible to me, I DON’T WANT PICKLES ON MY BURGER!!!!! Kindly take them off so I don’t have to taste pickle juice on my cheeseburger! The fries tend to be a little salty as well.

I got the bacon cheeseburger combo it was amazing and moist and the fries hot fresh and real potatoes. Ps if you don’t have teeth like me their fries are easy to eat crisp on the outside and soft inside easy to eat without my teeth.

Mc Hugh’s used to be good. Not sure what has happened. The last several times we have gotten food, the burgers have been cold and the fries have been cold, soggy, and undercooked. Won’t be back for awhile until they get some new staff that actually cares about ensuring customers don’t get food poisoning from the undercooked food they are currently serving.

McHugh’s is one of those rare instances where someone took an idea that has been done a thousand times and somehow did it better. Their burgers are hands down the best, juiciest, most satisfying fast food burger I have ever had the pleasure of sinking my teeth into. They appear to put actual meat in them! Unlike some other chains I could mention… McHugh’s has become a tradition for my kids and I when we come back to Charleston to visit family. Their service is always fast, fresh and hot, and the double drive through design keeps things clicking along. I’m so glad they are still around after all these years.

I go to Mc Hughs pretty often and I must say it’s my favorite fast food. Burgers are always great and fries are amazing, I’d even say the best. They rarely ever mess up your order and if they do, they are quick to fix it and never rude about it. They have even discounted items before due to their mistakes which I would not have asked for!
