We miss the McAlister’s in Harrisonburg and so now we have to make a visit to Waynesboro just to visit our family favorite. Great food, a bit busy at times, but worth the wait. The caesar salad was a generous size and delicious.

The baked potato was warm at best, wouldn’t even melt the butter, the Mac and cheese was also about luke warm and really wasn’t great, we had 2 McAlister’s clubs, they were edible but nothing to write home about, this was our first visit and will probably be the last, and in my own personal opinion you can go to Panera Bread and get basically the same food at a much lower price,and then again I surely over paid for very poor quality of food.

food was good but the service was completely outrageous. staff kept on staring us pointing towards our table direction and when i tried to get a refill for my drink the crew just stood behind the counter chatting and would look towards my direction after i would say excuse me and return back to their phones, took me almost 10 minutes to get my drink. this place used to be amazing, the staff really plays a big influence on a business’s reputation and look.

Great lite dinner. Atmosphere is very relaxed. There was free WIFI and plenty of table room. Food was delicious and staff was supper friendly. Prices are affordable, plus the sandwiches are well stacked!
