Y’all just served me the saddest veggie spud in the history of veggie spuds. Been ordering food from here off and on since 2007 and y’all did me all kinds of dirty in 2022 and 2023. What is going on?! I don’t make enough to get robbed this hard. The worst advertisement vs reality y’all have served up yet. McAlister’s out here celebrating April Fools’ Day a day early.

This place has the best good and the service is above average. The food was hot, fresh, and as we had ordered. We got in a little after 11, and our food was out in less than 5 minutes. I have always had great experiences here and would recommend them to everyone. The servings have so much food on them. McAlister’s are the same no matter which store you might visit. Stop in and try them when you are close to one.

Are pickles no longer part of the order? Whether I pick up or get delivery I never get the pickle I order. If they are no longer an option take it off the menu! Also a full order of potato salad would be nice. Those plastic cups are not very big, yet they are usually less than half full! And please, toast your bread! Toasted bread is brown and not white in case you need a color reference. This used to be one of my favorite places to get a sandwich, but now it is mediocre at best.

Ordered for family of four, but mine was half sweet and smokey chicken, half nacho basket. Girl taking my order looked like she hated her job, and the older lady in the back made some contentious comment to the other girl up front. After handing my order, I start looking through it and she just goes on to the next person with me standing there. Then, I tell her she missed THREE things in my order, she gets them and I go home, to Winterville, without incident. I get home and realize that she also forgot my cheese for the nacho basket, so I go all the way back from winterville. I tell her, she gives me the cheese without a word, or an apology. I go all the way back home just to find out the sweet and smokey chicken that I did get, had no sauce on it at all, completely dry. Like other comments on here, been going here for since 2006, this is the worst I’ve ever seen it. Do better.

It’s absolutely amazing. The size is small for the price, but it is fabulous . I always get a 1/2 and 1/2 strawberry lemonade/tea. It’s the only place I have ever gotten this type of tea and they have all kinds of unique flavors. Also definitely recommend the country potato soup. Staff is also very friendly.

Second time ordering a Savannah Chopped Salad and get back with my food and no chicken on the salad. $18 for salad and tea and no chicken. Will not be going back here, kitchen is terrible. Last order my child’s sandwich was not what we ordered either and left side of mac out.

My gf took me here for the first time. I got me a spicy turkey melt and chicken, chipotle, bacon, spud. It was amazing. I really enjoyed my food and every bit was flavorful, Im definitely coming back.

Food is usually good but curbside pickup is a joke. Placed an order for curbside pickup. Called when I arrived and waited for 15 mins while I watched an employee (who was definitely in no hurry) come out with 2 other orders and hand them off. Finally went in just to find all the employees taking their sweet time and my food sitting on the counter. Thanks for the cold lunch guys! Also…I’ve never had a sandwich this slack from there. If I just wanted bread I would have ordered a bread bowl.
