So food was great. Menu was clear and easy to read. Dining room was very clean. One of the staff members was great. The other copped an attitude when I said I didn’t want a side. I’m sorry that me watch calories is somehow offense! Also I think both bathrooms were installed at the same time as indoor plumbing was invented, they need to be cleaned and remodeled, desperately.

Do not go to this location if you have food allergies. On multiple occasions they have failed to leave off items I am allergic to and are clearly stated on the receipt to be removed. Not only that, but they hide them under other things, so it seems like they’re doing it on purpose in an intentional attempt to make people sick, or they have realized it’s wrong and don’t want to remake it, so they try to hide it. These are just simple requests like “no bacon.” They have even added bacon to an item that doesn’t normally come with it, the broccoli cheese soup. Never have they offered a refund or even to replace the items. They just rudely tell me, “Oh sometimes we make mistakes. It’s not a big deal. Just pick it off.” This only seems to be an issue at this particular location. The tea is always good, but that’s about it.

Incorrect orders, frequently. I visit this place at least once a week and so often something is wrong with my order. Missing sides, incorrect items. I am usually the only customer in the place but that does not make a difference. Disappointed too many times, will likely not go back to this location anymore.

Called 5 minutes before closing to see if we could place an order and after sounding a little hesitant he checked in with the kitchen we’re assuming and allowed us to place an order, it was just for a club sandwich & sweet tea .. had no appetite for anything else so I’m incredibly grateful for their service. Gentleman that answered was very polite. We frequent here a lot and always have a pleasant experience. Thanks for the extra kindness. It doesn’t go unnoticed.

The food is usually tasty, but the service leaves something to be desired. Take out is rarely ready when it’s supposed to be and never taken out to the take out shelf so after ordering ahead, you still end up waiting in the usually long ‘order line’ so you can ask for your take out which may or may not be ready and behind the counter. It’s a bad process at this point.

I honestly haven’t been to a McAlister’s since I was in college but I’m glad I tried it again.. I had no idea the menu changed so much IN A GOOD WAY. The King Club is no joke and I ordered two days in a row it was that good. You get a sandwich and a side for $8-10 which is very affordable compared to Jimmy John’s, Jersey Mikes, etc. This location is speedy and clean!
