Service was disappointing. No greeting, not friendly at all. I came in for free tea and bday cookie (cost me 16c tax) The cashier just told me to get whatever and that was the whole convo. At least a greeting or welcome. It cost nothing to smile. Thx for the bday rewards.

My wife had picked up an Italian sandwich to go for me….but the order was printed on the wrong paper and as you can see…the meat was toasted from a previous screw up and put on my sandwich…there was no life in this sandwich at all….to boot..,they forgot my pickle..!!!!!

Please check your food before you leave, especially in carry out orders. Food quality is good, but not preparation or quality control. I had to go back twice to get my order fixed, and at the very end, find a part that resembles a silicone spatula. Don’t think I can try this location again.

So, the time that I am visiting isn’t busy. The staff are standing around and not doing much before they made my meal and after they made it. Meaning the mistakes they made could have been avoided. I got a sandwich that was relatively dry but that’s because it was missing the avocado. Something that shouldn’t have been missed because they were not slammed at all. Plus, we got cake to go and received half a plate for the slice of cake. They cut the plate in half and some of the cake is falling off the plate.

It was hot as he’ll in there the day I went. I was sweating my butt off. I couldn’t enjoy the meal because how hot it was so I got up and left. When the guy brought the food I merely asked him if he could grab me a couple napkins and his response was well they are right over there. He then turned around and walked off. I didn’t realize how difficult it would have been for the employee to manage that request. Very disappointment

Went for lunch on a Saturday. First thing you see is covid guidelines (mask required). When going inside, hardly any of the guests wore a mask and none of the staff enforced this. I noticed in the kitchen at least one worker wearing her mask incorrectly (not covering the nose). It would be nice if all worked followed protocol for wearing masks, since it’s a law in Mecklenburg County right now.

We only came in for iced tea. We ordered our drinks & the girl gave them to us with no ice. I asked for a cup of ice. She then told us that they did not have any ice. The cashier should have told us before we paid that they did not have ice!
