I love McAlister’s, however; when I placed my order inside and I’m your only customer in the store why can’t you get it right! I live an hour and 30 minutes away. When I call back to inform them that my order was missing pickles they say just come back! . Then the young lady tells me when you are back in town just come by and will have pickles up front for you! that doesn’t help me with my sandwiches!!!!

Nice clean restaurant with a hardworking crew that is courteous and helpful. Food is delicious and the tea is very good. Restroom was clean. Food came out quickly. Very nice atmosphere with plenty of comfortable seating with plenty of room between table’s. I was very comfortable dining in.

The high quality of the food is a given. What I appreciated was that the server didn’t interrupt while I was blessing the food. I thought I had plenty of time before she returned with the side dish plates. She was much faster than anticipated but waited to place the dishes on the table until I was done. Ordered: Ultimate Nachos, Harvest Chicken, Grilled Chicken Salad.

When I normally go to this location, I get the same thing. I got half of a sandwich and a spud. Maybe I’m wrong in this pic but my food was always cut in a NORMAL half. You can’t get any normal than that. I know math. Lmbo. Here’s a pic of a fourth that they said is a half, which was $10.00. Yesterday was my first time learning that a fourth is a half of a sandwich . Anyways. I went to talk to the cashier and she was loud as if I was aggravating her while she was informing her manager that I had concerns. The manager was sweet and made me another other half.. (4th ).no charge…The two stars was for their customer service. You can thank her for that. I was polite but that little girl needs training in customer service because she failed at that. I was there at 2:15pm.

The employee at the counter had to take orders, get drinks, answer the phone, get to go orders ready , ring up orders, and take the food to customers that ate in by herself. They need more help up front during lunch and dinner. The food was good, but the soup was really watered down. Seems to be going downhill. There isn’t another one near me to go to, so I will keep going there for now on occasion.
