What’s going on with take-out? We are trying to entertain someone who came all the way from California. We thought we were sharing the best restaurants but this was a bad experience. Our total order was $70. But I’m showing pics of the one potato that this place is known for. (All of them look like this ) We can’t eat this! This order was very disappointing. DoorDash driver very courtesy and on time. The problem was not the delivery it is the quality of the food. My advice: Look at the food before you bag it. If you wouldn’t eat it, why are you sending it for us to eat it?

November 4, 2022- came and had the French dip and the Smokey chicken sandwich. Both were good per usual. Bathroom was clean but there was no soap to wash your hands. Their famous Sweet tea wasn’t sweet. More watered down.

I like the food here but my doordash pickup experience was terrible. It was 7 minutes to close, exactly when I was supposed to be there. The doors were locked. I tried all the doors and ended up patiently waiting by the front door for an employee to let me in. 8 minutes later I see a women who looks like an employee make her way to the door. She saw me and turned away. This is when I started knocking and saying through the glass, “I have a doordash pickup”

Are you kidding? We arrived at 3:30 and there were 2 people in line in front of us. While patiently waiting, we noticed that there was one person at the cash register taking orders, who would then go to the back to fix the order.

Great sandwich shop, great service with a smile. Lots of options. I registered and created a login and ordered online while on the road, followed their map and boom! It was very accurate for timing. Orders were perfect. No errors. I completed a survey and got a cookie for free.

Place was not busy at all when we arrived. We had hardly no wait time in line, except for this old woman that could not explain her order. Even after she completed it, she stood to the side and stared at her receipt until she found another thing wrong. Another employee came up to the front and told her to wait, that she would be with her in a minute and went ahead and took care of me and my guest. Excellent customer service and how to handle the problem at hand. Would have been different way if very busy and more employees on hand at the time to handle problem. After placing our orders we received our drinks and then we had no problems finding a clean table to sit at. We really didn’t wait all that long, maybe 5 minutes, and then our food arrived! Everything was just as expected! My club sandwich was great and my mother loved her spud & salad We both received great customer service! Before we left I got a refill of strawberry lemonade, that is awesome!

Placed curbside order via app. Went in to pick up after no one came out only to be told “they were out of” items I ordered. I requested a refund. 9 days later still no refund. Called store manager Kayla to advise. She was in a rush because “they were busy.” When I requested a number for Corporate and the general manager due to her rude/disgusting attitude, I was told “we don’t have a corporate and I can’t give you the gm’s number.“ When I then asked her to please process my refund, she hung up on me in mid sentence. Per cust service I drove to the store only to be rudely lied to. The workers first told me Kayla was outside, then I was told she had to make a “quick run and I was welcome to wait for her to return…” then, I was told “she’s gone for the day and to come back tomorrow.” I am so disgusted by how I was treated and the fact that I STILL don’t have my refund. I NEVER intend on patronizing McAlister’s again thanks to Kayla’s nasty behavior.
