While shopping at the mall I decided to stop by for a take out lunch with my niece. She ordered the south west avocado chicken salad and I got a cranberry club with a bowl of chicken and dumplings, and a side of potato salad. The sandwich was delicious and so was the potato salad. The chicken and dumplings was tasty too, it had chunks of white meat chicken in it with real dumplings. The dumplings were not gummy and they were cooked all the way through. They could have used some extra seasoning, salt and pepper I added that. Try the lemonade too, it was really good. All and all we really enjoyed our lunch.

We went here for dinner. They were short staffed so the service was not as fast as it has been in the past. Only half of the dining room was open for dine-in. The food service was very timely and the staff were friendly. Even with them being short staffed the food was good as always!

Went at a not busy time, and the service was fantastic. The staff brought our food quickly, and checked on us throughout the meal. I has the spud max with a side of gravy and the broccoli cheddar soup. The potato was delicious and filling. The soup was super cheesy and loaded with broccoli. I always have a great meal here.

Placed an order online that included 2 meals, 2 cookies, and 2 drinks. When I picked up the order there were no cookies in the bag and the drinks were in much smaller cups than their usual ones. I asked the manager if they had changed their cups and he stated “yea” and promptly walked off although everyone dining in had the usual much larger cups. Another employee stated they were out of the lids for the usual cups so that’s why I was given those. There was no urgency in providing me the missing cookies, which were hard when I revived them. The manager is terrible and of no assistance to anyone.

I eat McAlister’s alot and this location was subpar on the day I went. First I arrived at waited at the register while several associates looked out the window, walked by the register, and never said anything to me. I ordered the spud max which comes with shredded cheese on the potato. They brought out my spud max with Rotel cheese on it. It was full of tomatoes, onions, and I couldn’t even find the meat that was supposed to come with my potatoes. Not sure why Rotel would be on a spud as no sounds on the menu call for Rotel. Prob will skip this location in the future

Even with a great deal of uncertainty for my family, we’ve tried hard to support area businesses hurt by the virus craziness. That pays off when the business treats customers right. This McAlister’s is always good but they were also so appreciative of our business that it made the meal doubly good. We’re back here frequently but they’ll be an even higher priority now. Nice job, McAlister’s!

This is our new to go to after they close the location on woodruff road. I’m happy to see some of the woodruff road stuff moved down into this one. It’s like family. They get to know you and there’s always a welcome smile and chat. The sandwiches are awesome, I love the Smoky chicken and I get a half of that with a half garden salad. My husband usually gets a club. The portion sizes are excellent and it is always freshly made

Wanted tomato soup – they didn’t have any. Asked how the chili was – employee stepped into the kitchen, came back and said “you don’t want it”. I settled for 1/2 of a grilled cheese that was barely warm, potato soup that tasted “sour”, cucumber and tomato salad that was old and potato salad that clearly came from Wal-Mart. Thank goodness for the “hell mary” pickle, but I could’ve bought a lot of pickles for the $15 I wasted on this trash!
