I have not had McAlister’s Deli in a long time…. This was a great experience. New location so the inside is fresh and modern, I had the veggie potato and the price and portion size were great, we also had the Savannah chopped salad, it was good in addition to the stand fare kids cheese pizza.

I left Brooklyn NY for a better life. I didn’t move to the suburbs to deal with ghetto experiences. The first point of contact should be a pleasant experience with a personable demeanor and if you don’t have that you should be in the back with very little customer contact. My daughter used to work here when it opened. There were great managers and great customers. That has since changed. Mac and cheese means fresh Mac and cheese not the almost gone part you scraped at the bottom of the pan. Then they catch an attitude like you asking for free food. You go to the pick up window you just sit there I have had to call in once and say hey you might want to check the line I’m here and there is severe behind me. I’ve also had to go inside before. I only come there for convenience literally only that and that’s about to change. Shay etc if you don’t like working stay home.

I had the Ruben sandwich. It was prepared quickly as it was at my table within minutes. The service is great and friendly. The restrooms are super clean and the men’s room even has a baby changing station. The bathrooms are single occupancy so it makes a great place for police to stop and use the restroom. There is outside seating but no umbrellas. Overall it’s a great place to get some food and socialize with friends.

Clean, spacious dining room. Friendly staff. The potato salad is so close to homemade, in a pinch I could definitely pull it off. Make sure you try anything with the orange cranberry sauce! It’s delicious!

For my first visit, I am impressed! Very good service, nice atmosphere, and good food! I had the King Club with Broccoli Soup and it did not disappoint! Amazing carrot cake too. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This place is definitely a go to! The food was delicious and the service was amazing, the runner, Matt, was very friendly and efficient and checked up on us as well. The cashier was super nice and even came back to make sure the food came out alright. The place is kept clean and runs smoothly. Will definitely be back!

Went after 12p so expected to wait maybe 20 mins for the sandwiches, but we ordered at 12:32p and didn’t get the sandwiches until 1:11p – nearly 40 mins for 2 sandwiches! We went to the counter to check around 25 mins after the order, and the front counter staff couldn’t be bothered and he simply said “I don’t know when your sandwiches will be ready”. We grabbed the runner to check and then the front counter guy came over about 5 minutes later and asked what sandwiches we had and I handed him the receipt. There was apparently a mix up in the back and I think they actually skipped over the order.
