We showed up at the appropriate time It stated our order would be ready. We waited an addition 5 minutes for the worker to tell us there was no turkey. We both ordered turkey clubs. He then told us we could get ham so we said okay. There is one slice of ham on each of our sandwiches. I also asked for avocado and there is none on mine. He then stated there was no salt and vinegar chips (there were no chips other than jalapeño). He THEN stated there was no lemonade (we both ordered 1/2 & 1/2 teas). He then stated they only had Diet Coke, sweet tea, and Fanta. This is absurd. We had to change our whole orders and waited a long time. No one was apologetic. Look how pitiful. Oh also when I took apart my sandwich I finally found the avocado. ON top of this I get to the car to find no utensils. I go in and they say THEY HAVE NONE! You can’t make this stuff up.

We haven’t been here at this location since they first opened. At that time, it wasn’t bad, food was excellent, and service above average, prices were reasonable for what you got. Today we stopped in and had to check the hours on the door, because there was hardly any cars in the lot. Sign said open till 9:00 pm . So we went in- the place looked empty- one customer. We ordered lunch, my wife got a salad and a bowl of soup. I got a half sandwich and a cup of soup and we got two unsweet iced teas. The check was almost $32.00. For what we got, we think that was very expensive. It’s no wonder their llot was almost empty and the restaurant had just one customer in it. This was around 3 pm on a Friday afternoon

While the employees were nice, the service provided was lack luster. Our food was sitting at the counter for almost 5 minutes before they brought it to us. Additionally the cost of the food is ungodly for the quality of the meal received. It cost us 40$ for three people, and we only got one beverage. The ingredients used that were “substitutes” for ingredients that were not available due to supply shortage were of abysmal quality (e.g. iceberg lettuce instead of spring mix/spinach) and it was not disclosed that these substitutes would be made. Their sweet tea also is incredibly bitter and way, way too sweet.

This was my first time eating here. I ordered a veggie sandwich and a few sides for pickup. They forgot the pickle, roasted peppers, and only put 3 thin slices of avocado for my whole sandwich. It was pretty bland. At least the sides were good.

At McAlister’s yesterday with my husband. The girl behind the counter was obviously new and a little apprehensive. When I got my receipt she had charged me for something she should not have. The manager noticed I saw something wrong on the receipt and ask what it was- I told him it was ok but he pressed and wanted to make it right, so I told him. The manager walked the employee through the refund and was very professional about it- I have seen some managers just tear apart an employee for making a mistake and in front of customers. The error was corrected without incident, the service was friendly and food was yummy.

First time stopping in & the service was on POINT. The restaurant was clean and inviting. All our food is good except for my salad. I think I was skimped some protein & toppings looking at all the other reviews with salads. I’m not sure if I’ll make another uturn & come back again.
