Great food! Loved the half French dip & potato soup. My mom got the club & spud which she also enjoyed. Good atmosphere for lunch, at 2pm it wasn’t crowded. Friendly staff & clean… but the floors were very sticky – kinda grossed me out!

Just finished eating here after being away for a couple years. The customer service was OUTSTANDING! I wish I got the name of the young gentleman that helped us, but they all seemed friendly when overhearing others receiving service. The food was great and the dining room had been updated. Overall great experience! We won’t wait as long to return next time for sure!

I’m not sure what it is, but this is the second time I’ve stood in line waiting for one cashier to assist me when there’s another young lady clearly there to help. When I finally got to the cashier, who also looked at me then looked around for her coworker who kept dancing around instead of helping me, she was nice. This establishment needs to do better. I don’t eat this tasteless food, but my client does and I deserve the same respect that he would get if he could walk into the building himself.

Everytime I come to this location I’m met with disappointment. This time was the worst. I ordered two salads and they were both half empty with rotten lettuce and no dressings. The girl at the front counter was extremely rude and had an attitude when asked to pick up the order. The other times I’ve visited the staff is super nice and attentive but I don’t know what was wrong today. I love McAlister’s but this is embarrassing and I’m saddened to always be let down when I just want to enjoy my salad.
