First time eating here I ordered the half sandwich and potato combo online. My food was ready on time. I was immediately served when I walked in and the customer service was great. The food was delicious I had a half of a McAlister’s Club and the Spud Max. I’m very picky so everything was made exactly to order! This is a great place for lunch.

Went to this place because it’s always great. Not the best service, workers seem very rude and don’t talk back. This particular incident.. we got our sandwiches and there was absolutely no meat on them. Only lettuce and Mayo. Very annoying and dissatisfied.

The food is good, but only when your order is correct. I’ve eaten here several times, and my order was correct only on the first time I ordered. When I order NO honey mustard , I expect my sandwich not to have it on there, but they never fail to put it on my sandwich. I assume that they don’t really read customizations or edits made to an order. It seems as thought they automatically make everything exactly as it comes without paying attention to anything added or removed to the order.
