Great experience, makes you feel a little healthy eating a salad and a sandwich. The 2fer is what I always enjoy. Their serving time has gotten way faster, not that I used to mind. Always good and I keep coming back. Definitely use the rewards program on the app, I got my usual for 1.20 today, all I paid for was my lemonade. I was hungry and excited today so I devoured my sandwich before I remembered to take a picture. I will try to remember next time. I will be back!

UPDATE: The service has gone way downhill. We sat at a table in the restaurant and ordered from the app. After waiting 30 minutes and still no food, and watching all the people who had ordered their food after us receive theirs, we stopped a young lady who was bringing food out to the tables.

Was there yesterday for lunch. Food is always great. Serves not so much! When we arrived we stood at the register watching the two girls put together a few orders. No acknowledgement from them. I knew they saw us but I gave them a pass as they were preparing other orders. After 8-10 minutes finally one of the girls came to the register. She seemed very annoyed that we were even there. She took our order and we sat down. While waiting we saw a couple come in and they too waited at the register with no acknowledgement from the staff. The couple turned around and left. I hope management sees this as this is not our 1st bad experience with the service portion of our visit.

This was my very first time visiting this restaurant and I brought my niece with me I ordered the McAllister Club my side was the potato salad and my niece got a sugar cookie. Our order was Togo when I arrived home I started in on my food and nearly finished it when I happen to look down and laying at the bottom of my container was some kind of bug it was underneath my sandwich and the reason I didn’t notice it at once was, first it was under my sandwich, second I thought it was just a piece of dark lettuce till I looked closer. I call and spoke with the MOD and he proceeded to tell me that they don’t have bugs in their store and the phone just went silent. I was and still am in disbelief everyone isn’t dishonest I don’t want anything from this restaurant not a replacement or refund I’M DONE you guys have lost my business!!!!!

Worst customer experience I’ve ever encountered. My order was wrong, took thirty minutes of me being pushed to the side and walked past for them to finally help me. Then when they took my sandwich back they didn’t change anything and brought it back the exact same. I ordered a Turkey sandwich with no bacon. It had bacon, and mayonnaise which was not even listed on the sandwich in the first place. It was missing all of the vegetables and cheese plus it was cold. Also the plates were very clearly not washed and had old food crusted on them with our food thrown on top. I sent it back again and all they did was try to unsuccessfully scrape off the mayonnaise and bring it right back out. Long story short the staff is very rude, unhelpful, and we paid for food we didn’t even eat. Then when we answered the survey they gave us and explained the situation we never heard any type of response.

I would give them negative 5 if I could. I ordered online for delivery. They opted to have Door dash bring my food. The driver showed up with entirely the wrong order. I asked the driver how to get the correct order and of course she had no clue. Called the store and spoke to a very rude manager. Who instead of being professional over talked me and made it seem like I was the issue. They offered to remake the food but I would have to pick it up. Granted I paid for delivery. I just don’t understand the lack of customer service. They are definitely off my list. I dont think mccallisters understands that I dont have to eat there. I will take my money elsewhere and the rest of you should too. I would like the district manager to reach out to me. Not one item I ordered was delivered it was someone else’s order. Not sure how I am in the wrong

I’ve been to several McAlister’s locations and they have not disappointed me in consistency! The food is always fresh. A bit pricey but you get nice size portions. The Savannah Chopped Salad and Grilled Chicken sandwich are my favs. I can’t forget about the delicious giant lemonade and cookies to complete your meal!

Not the best location. The soup and Reuben sandwich were room temperature. I sent the soup back for hotter soup. I never send food back. I didn’t send the Reuben back bc I didn’t feel like going to the counter again. There was about 5 pieces of sauerkraut on the Reuben, which is half the flavor so the sandwich was mediocre and room temp meat. The carrot cake looked dry but was ok. You know it’s been sitting in the fridge pre cut when the frosting starts to crack. The front counter ladies were so sweet with great smiles. The 10 people in the kitchen need to be monitored before someone gets sick. Definitely won’t be back to this location.

Waited 20 min for a Rueben sandwich when they WERENT busy. Cashier was nice but this is by FAR the slowest location I’ve been to. Sandwich was JUST okay, and borderline tasted funny. Even saw someone pull up in the drive thru and get their food before me AFTER being inside for 10 minutes alread. Doubt I’ll come back.
