We placed an online order. Recommend checking your order before leaving as they did miss some items. The portions are great for the price, though. The french dip was huge. I had it for two meals and could have stretched it another. Chicken tortilla soup was really tasty. I was full but couldn’t stop eating it!

Ordered a club samwich with chicken tortilla soup, no cheese. I should have read the reviews: the server didn’t listen to me and everything had cheese on it. In fact, the soup was nothing but cheese. I pointed this out to the manager and she just laughed and ignored me. Not going back.

This was my first visit to the new location for lunch today. The staff is moving very slowly; no one greeted us for a good five minutes even though an employee was standing right in front of us making to go orders. She finally walked away and got another employee from the back who took our orders. Bread was stale on the French dip, they also used a guacamole covered knife to cut our sandwiches, which was less than appealing. No napkins were available in the restaurant and the employees were too busy serving a line of customers to ask so we just went without. I’ll try again in future but definitely will give this place a few months to get the kinks sorted out.

Ordered dine in for lunch. It wasn’t too busy and my wait time was 10-15 minutes after ordering. My food was tasty and exactly how I ordered it. There’s a free 32oz sweet tea when you sign up for the app. I’ve been to this location multiple times and always appreciate their service and food.

Decided to grab a quick lunch with co-workers, but the service was very slow. No plans in place for lunch flow. By the time we received our food, lunch was over. It’s really disappointing, the customer service was great!!! Poor planning.

Old location was much better. They’ve only moved down the street but the atmosphere/hospitality has definitely diminished although it is new. I say carry-out and double check your order bc I had to and glad I did. I was missing key items (mistakes happen anywhere) but once adjusted, the food quality is the same 9/10. So, optimistic enough to hope the swing of things change once settled in.

Over priced and Under delivered!!! The new location looks and feels way less welcoming than the old location by Lowe’s. There was way too many staff members (at least 8) walking around in the front dining area doing nothing but laughing, playing around and talking on their phones while I was waiting on my order. I asked the cashier for a Angus Roast Beef sub with melted cheese but got an cold Angus Club sandwich instead with a small bag of chips and a small cup of Mac n cheese sauce with noodles for $18. Didn’t waste anymore of my time putting up a fight with the staff. Just decided to spend my money elsewhere next time and I strongly recommend you do the same!!!
