I really enjoy McAllisters and always have. This particular unit I visited a lot last year. Even though they were short staffed, all employees seemed happy to be at work friendly, and all worked really hard during the rushes. It still felt calm. Now, it feels like pressure during a rush employees look more like they are putting on a happy face, and 1 goes around barking orders, appearing very stressed out. Now it feels so tense and things in my order sometimes get messed up then the line gets long. I will get my food to go now bc I don’t like feeling tension in the air. Food is still as good as always though.

This is a nice deli restaurant. Their sandwiches and salads are very good and price is reasonable. I like their cookies and brownies for dessert treats. It seems clean inside and staff are nice and helpful and get you meals quickly.

Food was good… very disorganized.. no paper or hard copy menu available after the app failed repeatedly ….had to pay by credit card on the app even though you were there sitting at the table….. table number was not clearly marked at all!!!…..when some in our party was able to get the app to work it was a nightmare navigating it easily…. Staff was friendly and helpful place was clean…. social distancing rules were observed.. so why not five stars ? see all above.. this was my first visit to the place I was in a party of approximately 20 people.

I rarely give 1 star, but I think this place deserves it.. i live right down the street and I’ve given them numerous chances. Every once in a while my food will come out good and correct but others you get a moldy peace of bread or watered down potato soup or your just missing items. (I use to order from the app often) but no more McAlisters for me, atleast from this store. Especially since you forgot my mac and cheese for a 3rd time!!!
