I hate doing bad reviews but seems more often then not. Ordered food delivered to my office. To start, Oder was running extremely late and the website that they used door dash. I called the store and staff was a little rude but explained that they used door-dash and we could view the tracking on with a link on the email confirmation, ok. When the food arrived we did not receive the correct items and some missing. The door dash just said that the store sis not give it to her if it was there so bye. I called back to the store to get another underwhelming conversation. I explained my issues to another staff that told me that they were too busy to deal with my call at the time and I would need to come in. I asked for the manager but he said she was too busy too. I said I’ll hold for them. Finally got the manager and she again said the same, too busy to deal with it. Next time Chick-fil-A!

This McAlister’s has to be one of the worst run locations in the country. We have ordered takeout no less than a dozen times and there have been issues or items missing every single time. Stale chips, items missing, and incorrect food are a sampling of the consistent problems we have experienced.

man taking orders at the front talked with a customer for like 10 mins letting a line form of people who needed to order. we finally get to order and he tells us it’s gonna be 30-45 minute wait. FOR SANDWICHES. what are we waiting on. it’s literally just a bunch of teenagers walking around working here like they have no idea what’s going on. i should’ve just left when he said that. only reason we stayed is bc a storm is coming. now i remembered why i don’t come here❤️

Ordered Mcallister’s for lunch …opened my fruit cup ,the blueberries were molded and the rest of the fruit just looked bad ….. My co worker ordered a pick two and only got 1 item . DO BETTER !!!! DO BETTER !!!!!!

Up charge for brown avocado? Major disappointment, first time here and last! I was excited to try this place. Rest of salad was good but nothing spectacular like Chopt across the street…they’re stellar! Knew as I dug, the bottom greens would be past their due date too.

I am not from this area and was looking for a place for dinner that wasn’t fast food. I stumbled upon McAlister’s Deli and I am SO HAPPY I DID! I’ve only had the pleasure of ordering a chipotle chicken & bacon spud, cheddar broccoli soup and an iced tea. Everything was delicious. I wish I was staying longer in this area so I could sample more of their menu items. If I’m ever back in this area I will be eating here. I thought the prices were reasonable until I got my food. I think I under paid. Servers were pleasant and food came out fast.
