Ordered the 12-inch French Dip Sandwich. Got home and no au jus dipping sauce. Ordered a pickle with each of 3 meals, but didn’t get any of them. Bad mojo! I did get someone’s baked potato I didn’t order. The food I did order & received was great. Need to improve quality assurance of orders. Beware if you have a to-go order.

There’s a reason all the other McAlister’s in the area have ratings above a 4 and this one is barely a 3. Not sure where the manager is, or if they even have one. I’ve given them so many chances but I won’t be back. About half the time your food isn’t right but you ALWAYS have to wait an unbelievably long time. Today I only ordered two bowls of soup to make it easy because of our past experiences. I waited the 15 mins because even though it should take 45 seconds to dip out two bowls of soup, I know how they are. Still I drove up to the pickup window and even though two employees saw me they never helped me and then they disappeared. FOR TEN MINUTES. I called the store, no answer. Called again, no answer. I finally knocked on the window and almost instantly two employees appeared from around the corner. I was pretty peeved and told the girl they were nice and the food was good but they needed to figure things out. She just stared as if to say “whatever lady I don’t care what you think”. Not really surprised if the manager isn’t training people on the very basic art of answering the window that he/she is not training them on how to make a customer whom you’ve upset feel better. Either way I won’t be giving them any more of my money. We eat out A LOT and they may not know they’re missing out but they really are.

We typically like MacAlister’s, so let’s start with the good. Excellent food, well prepared and fresh. Clean restaurant. Generally friendly staff. That’s the three stars there. But, what are we waiting for to change before we come back? The service is so very slow. There is no hustle or attempt to go quickly unfortunately. We were in at about 11:30 on a Saturday, and there was no line when we got there. Still had to wait much longer than busier McAlister’s… I want to come back, but will need to wait for the kinks to be worked out.

I was headed home, 3 hours away, and I wanted nachos. I should have looked at my food before leaving, but I was in a rush. I shouldn’t have to look at my food to make sure it’s all there. This was HIGHLY disappointing since I paid for it and only received chips.

It’s definitely a lot faster and doing better I feel. My sandwich, salad and cookie was yummy. I got the choose 2 pecan berry salad and a jalapeño crunch. The chocolate cookies are to die for! The staff was super friendly. And the bathrooms were clean! I also love the huge parking lot in the back. I didn’t use it since I went through the PICK UP ONLY window on the side of the building. Definitely coming back again. ☺️

Visiting this location for the first time with my 3 grandchildren and husband it as a nightmare. They were out of spuds, nacho basket at 1:00 lunch time. One ordered kid’s sandwich and Mac n cheese, sandwich was cold and hard and Mac n cheese cold. My other order 2 Mac N Cheese which normally this is her favorite place for Mac n cheese said it was cold and tasted terrible like it as from a box. My 16 year old grandson order the French dip and tortilla soup. Sandwich was half of a half and soup cold and no tortilla chips. My husband want the spud but the young lady was so confusing and spoke so low I ordered nothing. Needless to say we send back the kid’s sandwich got another one not much better, sent back Mac n cheese before tasting because it was cold. We left the food on the table and not one person acknowledged dissatisfied customer and as we were watching the drive thru one customer sat there at least 15 minutes waiting for food. Hope they had better luck because our meal was awful and expensive. Want be returning to this location
