Everything seemed good but then I found two hairs, one each in two different items we ordered. For that reason I don’t think I’ll return. Ordered the Memphian and broccoli cheddar soup and a Black Angus club I believe it was. The passion tea and lemonade was tasty but very sweet.

I ordered a BLT with avocado, there is no avocado, no pickle, there is maybe 2 pieces of bacon that have been crumbled over bread that has a tiny dot of sauce. Sad. And I paid 12 dollars….

So this used to be a favorite of mine, but not any more. I was such a regular that an employee felt the need to share these pictures with me. They told me this is why my food has been subpar. This is what the soups look like first thing in the morning….. so first they’re over 12hrs old and to look like this they’re not being kept covered or the evaporation wouldn’t be so severe. My chili spud tasted so burnt it was completely off putting.

This McAlister’s location took excellent care of my 37 students and I on our field trip. We preordered the day before and when we arrived, students had individual boxes with their names. Food was great as always and no complaints from the kids.

I waited 30 minutes for the choose 2 with a plain baked potato with cheese and I was supposed to have sour cream but it was forgotten and a chicken salad sandwich plain. The were very understaffed and food was not the quality of the price.

My one year daughter threw up while I was ordering. The lady taking my order completely ignored me when I asked for a mop and a bucket to clean it up. I was completely ignored. She continued to take my order. My mom and I cleaned it up with napkins…. And while we were cleaning it up, I was being asked what sides I wanted.

This was my first time eating at McAlister’s. The food was good. However, the cashier wasn’t very helpful in explaining the menu. Not sure if maybe she was new or just in too much of a hurry to explain the different options on the menu. Was a little slow coming out of the kitchen but the food was great. Will definitely dine here again but will study the menu before hand.
