Nice quiet restaurant to go and have lunch or dinner never over packed to where you have to wait an hour to even be seated. The food is excellent. The turkey garden sandwich is great with broccoli cheese soup, which the soup I know is not some people’s favorite, but their food is excellent no matter what you get. The prices are reasonable considering the economy 🙂

Apparently it’s the customer fault at this restaurant when they get your order wrong! Then when they remake it you have maybe 1/4 of the cheese that it should have on it. With zero apology or anything! Literally came to the table DROPPED the plate and walked away. Ridiculous. It was no big deal. I just don’t like thousand island and asked that it not be on the sandwich. Often missed even in different restaurants. So I was totally chill when I took it back up them. But the way they handled it was beyond ridiculous. People need a wake up call. Customers have choices. And I promise I will never choose this again. Also can’t clean tables

We rode down to Tennessee to check out a waterfall in the area so on the way back through we decided to grab a bite to eat. McAlisters was close so we stopped in. We had a great Lunch!! I had a half sandwich and a half of a baked potato(it was a whole potato just smaller than their bigger whole potatoes). It was amazing!! We both loved it. I recommend it to anyone

As you can see by the ticket in the attached picture, I ordered the Steak and Gorgonzola salad without the Gorgonzola or the Red onions and asked for cucumbers and black olives instead. They were actually options that I was given while ordering online.

If I ever decide to go back to McAlisters it will not be to the one on Tazewell Pike in Ftn City. I stood at the counter for 3-4 minutes waiting on someone to acknowledge me. I finally asked if someone was going to take my order after they spoke to the guy behind me in line. I ordered a spud to go. Bacon, cheese and chives. Butter and sour cream.
